This place is so clean and young staff working.
I’m not sure if it’s the night time staff if they aren’t trained properly.
I feel awful leaving this review but i will not be returning for place.
Either my orders are wrong or the coffee is given to me cold .
I don’t think they steam /brew the coffee properly .
Or if they do it’s watered down lattes .
Very unfair for the price we are paying ! Staff needs more training or at least supervision .
I always leave 5$ tips and I’m done .

Okay had to edit! Came back following morning because it was just too good and they have the cutest kids meal omg!!!
Came about 45 minutes till close last night and ordered, I got great customer services, they made me laugh and my drink WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I couldn’t finish it faster it was made absolutely amazing. Now I’m addicted

anything but problems at the scooters i like 2 minutes away but will go all the way to sioux falls for my order because this one is terrible. they always mess up my drink and refuse to make it. i just got a carmel licious blender and it taste like straight vanilla.. looks like vanilla too this is the only scooters ive ever had a problem with and i go to scooters 2/3 times a day and try to avoid the brandon one at all cost. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I decided to visit scooters for the first time since my graduation and everyone is nice and understanding.
It stayed pretty much the same as it had last year. Everyone is very patient and understanding. I go to scooters because it’s allergy friendly. I was able to get oat milk with my smoothie since I’ve never really had smoothies growing up. The people there are very nice. They are younger people so they pretty much understand. It is a little pricey. I will say that but I feel like that’s to be expected at a place like scooters. I definitely will be coming here to do more of my work as it’s one of the quieter places in the evening before everyone gets out of school and what not.
It’s nice to finally be able to go to a place like scooters where I can actually have drinks and iced teas. That’s pretty hard for me to find. Appreciate you guys and we’ll be coming back daily.

Incorrect change was given, asked about drinks worker knew none of them. Asked for a recommendation, the person didn’t even l8e coffee. Drinks were wrong. LG Peanut Butter Crunch-nl whip, came as a medium -with whip no drizzle. Lg Autum Carmel no whip – delivered as medium with whip. Didn’t realize until 15-20 mins later they were the wrong size.

What in the world is going on in there today!?! 03/09/25. Waited in line 20 minutes. 3 drinks all mediums. Peanut butter crunch w/shot, Oreo blender w/shot, Matcha w strawberry cold foam
Got a large peanut butter crunch, small Oreo with no espresso and a medium matcha. It took so long in the drive through we just took it and left. How is this incompetence possible when the order was repeated through the speaker and then again at the window. Side note. There was no one in line behind us.

I love this scooters, I literally go every day. They always make my drink perfectly… BUT the price of my drink fluctuates every. Single. Day. Sometimes they charge extra for caramel and then sometimes they don’t. It’s kind of frustrating but oh well. I still love the coffee so that doesn’t really bother me that much. What really irks me is that I also sometimes buy the everything bagel sandwich and 8/10 times it’s COLD: cheese not even melted and the bread and egg is hard and cold. If you guys could just get ur pricing figured out and also make sure you heat the bagels all the way up that would be great. The coffee is the best, and when the bagel is hot it’s the second best… Just please… Get it together guys. Thanks, love ya.
