I recently ordered takeout from a local restaurant through DoorDash, opting for pick-up. My meal included sweet-and-sour chicken with vegetable fried rice and two steak and cheese eggrolls.
Starting with the sweet-and-sour chicken, it was quite satisfying and met my expectations for this classic dish. The chicken was flavorful and had a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess. Unfortunately, the vegetable fried rice was less impressive. The texture was mushy, and the taste was mediocre at best. It seemed like it had been overcooked or perhaps left out too long, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the meal.
The steak and cheese eggrolls, however, were a pleasant surprise. They were well-prepared, with a good balance of flavors and a crispy exterior that added a nice contrast to the savory filling. These were definitely a highlight of my order.
When I went inside to pick up my food, I noticed that the restaurant had an older, somewhat worn appearance. One concerning observation was that the cook was not wearing gloves while preparing the food, which raised some hygiene concerns for me.
On a positive note, the food was reasonably priced, and the portions were generous, especially the rice. Despite the mixed experience with the food quality and the cleanliness concerns, the pricing and portion sizes were good value.

Pretty good food. 2 things:
1. Garlic chicken indicated spicy on menu but was sweet and didn’t even have a black pepper level of spice.
2. the rangoons didn’t have cream cheese in them. Either fried too long or something…..

The so called Hibachi meal was not Hibachi at all!!! It was just awful!!! It was supposed to be Steak and Shrimp! The steak was too tough and chewy and the shrimp was tasteless. The broccoli was mushy!!! The rice was just bland and tasteless as well. The lemon pepper wings were pretty good but so tiny one bite per wing ! They were about the size on my pinky finger!!! All in all I was so disappointed that I threw most of the meal out! My first time ordering Hibachi from there and it will definitely be my last! The one star ⭐️ was only so I could leave a review!!! It really rates 0 stars!!!

Taste of food was good but was not the specific flavour I expected. I ordered chicken fried rice with shrimp in garlic sauce. The sauce was more sweet than garlicky. There was way too much of that sweet sauce and that made the rice get mushy really fast.

Great place, came through as part of the carnival and craved Chinese food. Place was practically across the street, it looks like most other Chinese food restaurants and the food was ready in 15 minutes. Honey chicken was perfect, fried rice was better than any other place I’ve been, and the wonton soup was more al dente than anywhere I’ve been but I think I prefer a wonton dumpling that stays on the fork rather than a soft one that won’t stay on the fork or chopsticks. I’ll be back regularly while we are here and probably next year as well.

Very hot, fresh and delicious Chinese food at a great price. There fried rice is cooked perfectly and isn’t sticky or mushy like others in the area. The flavor on everything is just on point.

Food was just mediocre. Nothing stood out to where I’d say this was the greatest Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. The restaurant itself was pretty dirty. The place where the spoons were, was disgusting, I pulled a spoon out and noticed when I got home that there was a dead bug on it. Probably wouldn’t try this place again, there is better around the area.

Awesome chinese food that reminds me of the kind in NY. It’s even advertised on their sign! Rightly so. No long waits. Food is always fresh. Prices are great and affordable. Large menu variety. They even have a hibachi menu.
