Driest meat ever. It is a gamble everytime you go to this location it seems 50% of the time their meat is super tough and dry. I just ordered a chicken bowl and it’s super tough and dry and I can literally describe it’s texture as gum like. I’ve ordered steak bowls for my entire family previously and it was also super tough and dry at that time as well. Really annoying.

I was simply sitting and eating my meal when the night security guard decided to interrupt me for absolutely no reason. Instead of doing his job professionally, he came over looking for a problem where there wasn’t one.
Rather than handling things calmly, he turned a completely normal situation into an unnecessary confrontation. It honestly felt like he was projecting his own frustration and insecurity onto a customer who was literally just minding his own business and eating.
Security is supposed to keep things calm and safe, not create awkward disputes with people who aren’t bothering anyone. If this is how the night staff handles basic interactions, management should seriously rethink who they have representing the place.

man! the quality lately is been very low, i used to like this place a lot, i think is under new management, staff is not as friendly and the portions have become alot smaller, i got like 50% of the chicken

I was very disappointed. I got a steak plate and had asked for waba sauce and there was none that came with, my drink was completely full to the top of ice so there was barely any actual drink and my rice was hard and not fully cooked, used to love waba but will not be getting again.

Monday Evening 8/25/25
Shrimp taco was not cooked all the way and instead of 3 whole shrimps they cut up what looks like 2 in one taco. Also, I ordered avocado and did not get the avocado. I already complained about the taco and didn’t say anything about the avocado. Don’t like complaining much. Also, the chicken was slim to none. Not sure if they are trying to save money or what but they need to inform on the decrease of ingredients and if they aren’t going to cook the food fully they need to hire new cooks. Won’t be going again.

People told me Flamebroiler was better and they completely lied. Waba Grill is so much better. food was very fresh and Waffles was very good, he took my order.

Greeted when I walked in manager was very helpful. Love the portion of the food they gave me veggie bowl with spicy chicken is my favorite. Love coming here not only because its convenience but because Love the atmosphere. 10/10 always smells clean too

Food is ok.. not great. Ordered a steak rice/veggie bowl and asked to add 2 shrimp skewers on the side.. received a little cut with two tiny shrimp for $5. Way over priced for what you get!!
