Ordered a pizza with no cheese on it. When I picked it up I asked for a small cup of both kinds of cheese that they put on a normal pizza. I was informed that I would have to purchase this by the owner- manager not sure what he was. I asked if he had deducted the price of the pizza to reflect the fact that I didn’t get any cheese on my pizza, his reply was no. So I would think that asking for a small cup of cheese not even the full amount that they normally use wouldn’t be a problem. But it was!! I have purchased pizza here for years always the same way with the same request on cheese.but now it’s a problem!! Just curious as to why?

This place has gone down hill. The kids working need guidance or more training (Not their fault) during rush. I put in an order to be picked up on Halloween. It was just two jack-o-lantern pizzas. I got there 10 minutes past my pick up time. I went to look for my pizza and it wasnt on the rack. The girl then told me to get in a long line of people to speak to someone else. Once I got up there I realized they were hoarding the online orders and making them AS PEOPLE CAME IN. They were not ready at all. However, several walk in orders got theirs before me. Someone who put in an online order that morning did not have their pizza scheduled for pick up at 5. I waited over 45 minutes to be told they were out of dough and it would be an additional 15-20 minutes. I asked for a refund that I did not get. My fiance finally had time to go in there today and he asked for two pizzas to compensate us. They refused. Poor service, no fault to the kids working – level up your management and it will show in within your team.

During my order, the employee assisting me was wearing AirPods and struggled to hear me. Additionally, another staff member was extremely rude. This level of service is unacceptable.

No stars. I love Papa Murphy’s pizza and have ordered from this store many times.
Today I place an order at 3:08 pm. Received email and text confirmation that the order will be delivered at 4:01 pm. 4:30, I call the store and spoke to Courtney. He told me that my order was ready for pick up. I stated I ordered delivery. He told me he doesn’t know what the problem is with Door Dash. Long story short, I asked for a refund because I had no way to pick-up the pizza. He told me that I would have to request that from door dash. I mentioned that I ordered the pizza from the stores website. I was then told that I had to request a refund on line.
5 minutes later, I received a call from Melissa from Door Dash stating that she was on the way to pick-up my pizza and was on her way. She mentioned that she had just received the order confirmation. I received my pizza within 5 minutes after the call from her.
Courtney was rude, he was yelling at me and making excuses. Telling me that they had to come to work in this bad weather to make pizzas.
It’s apparent that he did not have my order as delivery. Just tell me it was a mistake and I’m okay with it. Don’t lie and be rude. I will no longer use this store. I will go to the store on Gage.

I usually don’t get pizza from pizzerias but for a pizzeria that sells cook your own pizzas I highly recommend it. I last ordered a custom pizza of pepperoni, mixed onions, stuffed crust, and pineapple with a side of garlic monkey bread and a 2 liter of mountain dew. Not sure if seasoned crust is an option but the food was beyond amazing. The only “complaint” I have is that the stuffed crust didn’t have cheese in it but other than that it was very close to perfect. The establishment was clean as far as I could see and the ladies working up front were friendly and professional in fact they answered all of my questions briefly, straightforward, and to the best of their knowledge. Again I highly recommend it. If the owner/manager is reading this review is it possible to have chorizo as a requested topping?

It seems as if the Topeka stores only have rude store managers. Every time I go in, any of the Topeka locations, the manager is being extremely rude and mean to their employees. Makes me not want to spend my money here. I also feel extremely bad for the employees having to work in that environment. My cashier was wonderful, but the manager was verbally abusive to the cashier. This is sad because the food is really good!
