I gotta say, Jeff’s customer service is beyond fantastic. I ordered a carry out at the wrong store on an accident and he resolved the issue. I come here often because of his customer service and there consistent quality. Other pizza huts may lack at times, but not this one!!

There is an ongoing problem with sauce being too light at this location. I usually have to order extra sauce just to make regular, as in how much a normal pizza should have. I gently complained about it today. They agreed to remake it but basically said that’s “just how it comes.”. I’ve worked as a manager in pizza for a long time. That’s not how pizza comes. Update: pizza now made with too much sauce and a hint of attitude. Id recommend dominos. They have act and attitudes together.

I’m done with this store. They’ve gone so downhill in the past 6 months. When they don’t have a topping you selected they just don’t add it. No phone call. Nothing. There is ALWAYS something wrong with the food. Tonight was the last straw as the pasta we ordered came about 40 minutes past the estimated delivery time with some excuse of “we needed pans” or something to that effect. And we got the smores cookie thing and it’s not cut. They give a handful of forks and explain that its “too messy” to cut. Fine. Whatever. Open the pasta that is the two pans of pasta with an order of breadsticks for 10 bucks. I open the box to find 3 pans of pasta. I can’t even call to have words with them over this because the delivery man told me the phones are down and have been all day.
There are times when no delivery driver is available and they’ll wait half an hour to call to let you know that your food is never coming, but they’ll be glad to let you pick it up. If I wanted to or was able to pick it up, I would have ordered it that way and thank you for wasting time I could have been going out to get it.
The ONLY redeemable quality to this place is the delivery drivers themselves. They always seem to try their hardest to make up for the stupidity of this entire store. I always make sure to tip them. It isn’t their fault that they are given the wrong foods or subpar foods.
No more chances. I’ll just live without the convenience of delivery considering it has become everything BUT convenient.

Picking up an order so no di e in. They were shorthanded and so a greeter wasn’t present when I first walked in. However, as soon as they reached a point in the pizza prep, cook, cut process, they came and handled what I needed. I can totally appreciate their circumstances and love the hard work I saw.

The DoorDash driver that delivered our food had destroyed the pizza in the box. I went up to the actual store and the Manager Chad was very Apologetic and remade my pizza and then gave me a good credit on my account. I won’t be ordering delivery if DoorDash is the ones that are going to be delivering my pizza. I will start going and picking it up instead.
