A Michelin-star dining experience on the Isle of Guernsey. Vraic drawn from the Guernésiais word for seaweed reflects our connection to place. We work closely with local seaweed foragers, farmers, and fishing boats you can spot from the door to craft a seasonal tasting menu that celebrates the best of Guernsey and the British Isles, from land, sea, and shore. The space is rooted in nature too, with natural materials, and a relaxed and comfortable environment centred around guests enjoyment, replacing dress codes or table cloths with a fun music playlist and a big bbq on full display.

I flew to Guernsey for the night to eat at Vraic for my 60th birthday present to myself.
I had the most amazing dining experience at Vraic by the sea in Guernsey. The food was pure perfection. 12 courses of sublime flavours perfectly executed by chefs Nathan, Kuba and team Vraic. The service was simply outstanding. I was blown away! I was so comfortable dining here by myself. The staff are all lovely, friendly, down to earth and made me feel right at home. Possibly the best meal of my life. Definitely worthy of the Michelin Star ⭐ they just won. The seaweed soup was delicious. The canapés of crab & lobster, the mains of lobster, turbot & lamb, the bread and miso butter, then the 3 desserts and petit fours were all sensational. This is an experience of a lifetime and a bargain at £145.

Fine-dining, it is quite expensive, but it’s a very niche restaurant, serving very unusual dishes with a lot of local ingredients, including seaweed and other seasonal products

Guerns and Taffs out for my birthday . My Accent must have been a giveaway as Nathan welcomed a fellow welshman to this fine establishment . Could not fault a thing , some may baulk at the cost but the effort that has gone into this venue and food is incredible and really needs to be appreciated , even the bread was something else . All of the staff were amazing . We will book again next time we are over . Cant wait Sublime

We went here last night, Nathan and his team were amazing. My oldest son (Ben 12) came with me – we have 3 kids and the youngest 2 are into the more typical food types and I wouldn’t recommend the place for kids! However Ben is a huge foody and passionate about cooking. His verdict: the most „annoying“ thing about the Menu was that everything was so good he couldn’t pick a favourite! For a special occasion, this place is a must or just treat yourself! Ben got to visit the kitchen and to say he was inspired would be an understatement – thanks again!

Beautiful food, small delicate beautifully presented portions that really packed a punch, we have never eaten flavours or textures like these. My husband loved the wine pairing; I kept with the champagne. The staff were wonderful, the atmosphere was great and the Restaurant and surroundings are stunning. We have already booked to go again.

From start to finish, this was an outstanding dining experience. Every course was amazing, beautifully presented, full of flavour, and easily Michelin-star quality. The atmosphere was very chilled which made a nice change from some of the other formal and stuffy fine dining restaurants. Service was spot on, perfect! A true gem in Guernsey and without doubt one of the best meals we’ve ever had.

Pretentious food, staff and surroundings. Ostentatious and massively overpriced menu and incredibly fake, over the top staff. If you like “theatre” dining based entirely on appearance money, wealth, and power- it’s for you! This is everything that’s wrong with civilisation!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was all delicious and we loved that Nathan is using lots of local produce. One of the best meals we have ever had – ever. Could not recommend it more highly.
