I would love to give them 5 stars, the food is always great. The problem is they SUCK when it comes to the phone. I called one Thursday and they put me on hold and forgot I was there. I know it’s their busiest night, but 10 minutes on hold is extreme. I hung up and tried calling back for 5 more minutes and the phone was still off the hook. I tried the following night I called 3 times with no answer. Also the older guy who works there is RUDE. I refuse to order anything if he is working.
