Today we went to visit Taqueria La Grande 2 on East St in New britain.

Had to check it out seeing that the one on west main street is so good.

This space is nice and clean, they have seating available for dine in. Nice a simple. Simplicity always wins.

Citlaly was at the front of the house. She is very sweet and very friendly.

I wanted to try something new and I love recommendations from those who know the food best. So I asked her for a recommendation on a lighter plate and she recommended the taco bowl, i got mine with chicken. My hubby got the Bisteq a la mexicana.

Portions are amazing. Keep that up please. Well worth the price. Presentation is quite good. And it was absolutely delicious. Tasty and fresh.

Hubby has a sweet tooth so he ordered the cappuccino Gelato truffle. He said it’s to die for.

Overall it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend it. And we will definitely be back.

Keep up the good work. Remain authentic and dont change a thing.

This may be the best tacos I’ve ever had outside of Mexico! Truly. The carnitas and bistec tacos were so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Their corn tortillas are amazing! You can tell they make them from scratch there. The birria quesadilla was also delicious!! My husband got the pork enchiladas and he was blown away. The salsa and guacamole was also perfection. I’m so glad we discovered this place! This is going to be our new place for Mexican!!

I’ve come here twice, and both times my order was wrong. I asked for no onions on my tacos and they completely filled it with onions. I asked for pastor taco bowl and they gave me chicken instead. It’s disappointing that the place is so new and yet they don’t listen to what you order. Regardless, the food is good but I would much prefer if my order was right.
