It’s a really cute local and friendly dinner type place. The service is friendly. The decor is cute. The food is very much average.
Got the chicken salad, it’s literally pieces of chicken nugget sitting on top of a very average salad you’d expect from a low priced buffet. It’s not bad but it’s not great.
My friend’s burger was quite good though and the fries too so the other items on their menu may very well be good! Just not the salad.

McLean’s looks like every other hometown diner, however the food is fabulous, the wait staff is professional and on point! My favorite thing about McLean’s…anything on the menu…ALL DAY LONG!!! So, cheeseburger sliders for me for breakfast with the best cuppa decaf coffee I’ve ever had in a diner! Although I was too full for dessert, the pineapple upside-down cake and strawberry shortcake looked yummy. McLean’s did not disappoint!!!

Was in the area to inventory the Dollar General across the street and stopped in on my lunch break. Fish burger was phenomenal and so were the mozzarella sticks. Interior was extremely charming but it was a bit crowded so I got my order to go and ate at one of the tables outside. Will definitely keep in mind for if I’m ever anywhere nearby again!

Super nice, friendly, attentive, courteous staff. They made us feel like we were old friends and regular customers, even though we had only been there a couple times. The restaurant was cozy and clean. The coffee was excellent. We had some scrumptious breakfasts and a very nice dinner, I just had to order a Michigan to find out what it was. I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful place. Lastly and most importantly: the pies were out of this world!!!!!!

We stopped in on a rainy labor Day morning and had each ordered breakfast, four of us in total.
Eggs and hash delicious,eggs cooked to perfect medium as requested.
Blueberry pancakes, real blueberries yummy.
Home fries were tasty.
Our waitress even asked if we liked our bacon crispy or chewy. I mean come on, is that detail oriented service or what?
Generous portions
And someone even ordered the wait for it….

Stopped for breakfast to fuel up before our extreme active day ahead. Food hit the spot, service was great, place was clean and owners were friendly. I would definitely visit again if up in this northern part of NYS. Thank you for a great experience!

One of the best places around. We usually go there on Sunday after church for lunch. The staff is excellent and very friendly. Nothing fancy..No linen table clothes and napkins. But it has all the important things……good food, great friendly service, clean and homey atmosphere. The homemade deserts are awesome. My husband’s favorite is their strawberry shortcake. Personally, I think they have the best carrot cake I have ever had.

Just had to get on Google to give this place 5 stars! I went there after a day of xc-skiing, and I thought I would get their special, which was the perch fry. It wasn’t very busy at the time, but I’ve had slower service at a Taco Bell! The waitress brought out my food extremely quickly, there was a lot of it, and it was tasty! (There was a mountain of french fries on the plate, which was very satisfying). Prices were very good, the atmosphere was friendly, and though I’ve only been there once, I see how you can quickly get to being a regular there. If only I lived closer!
