I would give a 1 star for food too but didn’t even get tended to I called wanting to pre order no answer why well when I get there I go in and the workers don’t even bother looking to see who came in. One lady in the back and what really got me was the guy working was on his phone and eating I stood there and left told my daughter we’ll go somewhere else where they pay attention. I’m just saying also pay attention staff who comes in the doors for your safety and customers if there’s any waiting. I love little ceasers and was excited we finally got one but I’ll continue to drive to Spencer.

We did am online order for wings and pizza. Go to pick it up and they say they don’t have wings and just expected us to leave. When asked for a refund for the wings they said they couldn’t because the order was done online. Then they tried to offer a free soda in is place. Like the soda cost maybe $2 something. Wings are almost $8. Finally we say, we will just take a hot and ready pizza (still cheaper than the wings) and you would think we asked for the whole thing for free. The guy at the front continued to sound like we were annoying him.

Worst little Cesar’s I’ve been to. I asked for my crazy bread to be extra buttery & more cheese added the lady in the front said it would be an hour wait for fresh bread which is wild then when I asked if I could get my wings well-done she also said it would be an hour wait which is ridiculous but I guess that’s how they run the store.

Great experience. Shout-out to the shift lead Khalifa. They were in the weeds and a bit behind. The guy never stopped smiling and had a great attitude the entire time. Greay guy. He literally made a rough day awesome. I will definitely be stopping by anytime I’m want pizza, even if I’m not in town.

If I could give a negative star I would because Brandon who’s supposedly is the manager there at the La Porte location was disrespectful and rude and start yelled at me and made fun of my disability when I asked him to explain something because I didn’t understand. He even told other employees not to help me because he ordered me to leave. and he kept saying that I was being rude but all I was doing was asking questions. again he made fun of my disability and then told me that not only I had to leave but he told the other employees not to help me and then he says I’m banned. when all I did was walk in for the first time and ask a question about a special and he wouldn’t let me finish talking he just kept yelling over me . And if this is the new Little Caesars I hope they’ll replace the manager or do something about it because no one should be making fun of someone’s disability. What kind of business does that? Brandon should not be there. It was my first time there. I was only asking questions because he was talking fast and I couldn’t understand. Someone help please.
