it’s not often I give 15/15 but wow. I had seen Badam on social media and quickly booked a table for 5pm last Saturday. Quickly because they only seat 14 people at one time. We arrived and were seated be a lovely young lady. The room is decorated very tastefully and is small but not intrusive. As we looked through the menu we were given some poppadoms and delicious dips. For starters we had the sweet chilli Scallops and the tandoor king prawns, they both exceeded our expectations both in presentation and taste. An absolute fabulous start to our meal. For mains we decided to share the baruchi lamb curry and the butter masala chicken with basmati rice. Both dishes were outstanding and full of flavour. There is no rush between courses and you are well looked after by the polite, friendly and attentive staff. I had a beer with the starter and we shared a bottle of Chardony with the mains. The bill came to €123 which is reasonable for the level of food and service. Overall we both thought it was a fabulous experience and value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend this quirky but fantastic little gem. We will definitely be back soon.

I love a good Indian restaurant, this one is great! The atmosphere amazing, nice and cozy. The service top notch. The food, spectacular, the lamb chops were divine, full of flavour and nicely seasoned, with a great pairing of wine if I may add. This will be one of my top spots in Dublin. I highly recommend Badam.

What a find! Only 14 seats at 4 tables so it’s small yet the food punches way above almost every other Indian restaurant I’ve been to bar Pickle, Central Dublin. Despite its small size, 3 girls were out front so service was superb. They brought some poppadoms with 2 dips and that made me realise this was not the norm. Had some samosas to start that were delicious, then mains of tandoori prawns that were soft and succulent, a wonderful daal plus pilau rice and stuffed nan bread that was as good as I’ve had.

We had a really good bottle of red that was as very reasonable price and we thought the whole meal extremely good value.

Added 2 photos though the samosas were devoured in part before I took it!

The next table hosted 4 large lads from central England and their food looked great especially the pork chops – they also loved the food.

Can’t wait to return.

This restaurant is an excellent choice for anyone looking to experience Indian cuisine. The ambiance is warm and inviting, the service is attentive and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this place, especially to those who are trying Indian food for the first time. The pricing is fair and well-aligned with the quality offered, and the customer service truly deserves a perfect 10 out of 10.

Lovely atmosphere and very cute restaurant – but this is not authentic food. Very sweet, too mild, and two of our table experienced stomach upset after dining there.

The best customer service I’ve ever witnessed here in Dublin. The place was small and cozy with limited tables. When we arrived it was full and they said it might take another 30minutes to get one but suggested if we want the table outside and took it immediately. Even though the evening was cold, the atmosphere was so warm with heated lights. Really loved the table outside, gave little privacy. Another thing was that the food was amazing good, the staffs were very caring and checked on us often also gave suggestions on the menu. Ordered butter naan as well as garlic onion corriander naan, both were so so soft and also ordered their onion bajji which to my surprise tasted as the same like the ones we get in India. And also ordered Dopiaza with paneer which I loved the most. Their complimentary poppadam comes with two type of dips in which the tomato chutney was top class. Finished it off with homemade mango kulfi which is a must try. Totally recommended and definitely going again. Be sure to call them and reserve a table before hand.
