It’s a dive bar that has a great IPA selection , bartender was super attentive and knowledgeable about the area, friendly dude!

There was no greeting, no concrete method explained of where to order food. I do not recall many places to sit down and socialize. Very small! I saw one pool table. I did not see anywhere to go downstairs as mentioned in their decription. This was my first time here. I did not stay long at all!

I went her for karaoke on a Friday night. The bartender with the dreads was one of the rudest people I’ve met in my life. He seemed miserable, even with me trying to lighten the mood and tipping him. He got my order wrong twice…. I won’t be coming back to this dump.

Locals Dive Bar. Music 2 3 days a week I hear. Tight Drink Fair Pr$ce. New Bartender is cool and interesting. The dude bartender was whatever as far as bartenders go, He did not inspire me to stay or tip well. 1$ a drink tip if i dont care. I was out the door till the shift change. As far the 1 star service. There we 2 other paying customers in the bar, music was cancelled. He had Spotify playing Metallica a song i liked. I asked if he had heard their new album. Making conversation. He said no. I said how about playing this new song…. he said he couldnt do it he had to play the playlist. Im like Ok. Im 1 of 3 people paying for drinks and the only 1 drinking liquer. That is a TIP REDUCTION AND CONFIRMS HE WAS A BELOW AVERAGE BAR TENDER. IN MY OPINION.

The Emporium bar/arcade in Kernersville is such a pleasant place to unwind from the hectic work week. The people are kind and the drinks are on point. For a “hole in the wall” it is second to none. Every Wednesday is live music from 9 to 12 and the band this week was rockin. Funky dudes with good vibes and even better souls jammed all night and had the place bumpin. If you’ve ever seen grateful dead or phish then you can relate. These fellas could stand next to the best any day. Talented and diverse it was a terrific show. Good job gentlemen. If you ever are overloaded on stress and this insanity that is society is getting to you, turn on tune in and drop out at Emporium, the finest “hole in the wall” round the Triad.

Came here yesterday with my husband and my father, love this place! Really laid back environment and great music. My dad had the bloody mary and said it was the best he’s ever had – and they even had a couple disc golf baskets out back which is right up our alley. Our bartender Ashley was awesome and so welcoming towards us. Cute little arcade downstairs and outside seating. Will definitely be back soon!!!

Went to the Emporium had the best time ever!! Met two of the bartenders Ashley and Lex, they made us feel so welcome and just like family. The place is fun and funky and would come back just for the staff because they were so amazing. I love going to a place and feeling like the staff are my new best friends! 10 outta 10!!

An extremely unprofessional bartender happened to be working when we went there. The bathrooms wreaked of urine. There were puddles of standing water downstairs next to arcade games and electric cords. The drinks were made poorly and she acted as if she never worked in a service related industry before in her life. She had a very unpleasant attitude and interrupted my friends while they were having a private conversation to say, “I’m already having a bad day, so I’m going to ask you to take your conversation outside because this is my safe space”. I guess we’ll be going to one of the more upscale options in the area from here on out. Very disappointed since this place used to be such a pleasant and welcoming local spot. I guess maybe this was why there was only 4 people there on a Saturday night.
Now looking at some of the other reviews, it seems that the lack of service and professionalism is standard and has become the expectation based off of the responses to similar reviews and feedback.
