We asked for a family size bucket chili. Over priced at almost $15.00 for four containers. They are not even filled evenly. I am so disappointed. It was for Super Bowl Sunday and they didn’t deliver in quality and product.

Went to use the kiosk and it froze. Then go to the counter and the guy was talking really fast and then wanted a second order and had to wait for the same person to come over and take our order.
We also paid for a large drink and was given a medium and then had to wait to get the right cup.

I’m so sick of coming to this place and getting screwed. My order is never correct and then when I call they can’t even answer to even attempt to correct my order. That gas station people there are the best which is why I try this Wendy’s over and over hoping it will get better but it doesn’t. And it’s always the women that are there late at night that do a horrible job. There is one man who is a good worker at night and when he’s not there it’s awful. Def will be driving straight thru when I see the ladies in the window from now on.

Went threw the drive threw. Ordered a #7 and #5. Didn’t even get the #5 but they didnt charge us for it. Could not understand the guy at all! Extremely limited in speaking or understanding English. He totaly missed half the order!

No stars if I could! The pictures speak for themselves. I’m not a picky person, but this is the most disgusting salad I’ve ever seen. Give me my $10 back, plus the 18 min I spent sitting in your drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. If this is what you serve people, you’re filthy animals! anyone working at this place on 7/17/ 22 around 12pm should be fired for allowing this to happen, every single piece of lettuce was brown or slimy…. You could make people extremely sick with the food you’re allowing to be sold.

Not once has this location EVER got my order 100% correct. Everyone and their mother knows that a bacon double stack should have at least one slice of bacon on it. As much as I enjoy Wendy’s food, I’d like to get what I ordered. Oh and when someone says “No Mayonnaise” it’s not usually just a taste preference.

Over charge and charge for condiments that are supposed to come with your food. I ordered large chili and I know you’re supposed to get 2 sour creams with a large and 1 sour cream with a small chili. It’s literally the only thing I order from here. The very argumentative and rude woman who helped me refused and told me that she would charge me an additional .60 each for them. It’s ridiculous the lack of customer service and awful attitude from the employee. I would recommend you go to the south Virginia location I know I will next time even if this one is closer.

Went there for breakfast and I wanted the 2 for 3 dollars deal on there sausage cheese muffin sandwich and the man stated that that promotion ended. I asked him so none of the other Wendy’s offer the deal because I had gone two days before at another Wendy’s in sparks. I then went back a few days later to the one in sparks and yes they still have the deal. I’ve been to this Wendy’s just a few times and had the same situation. It just feels shady everytime I’ve gone there. I feel like it’s how they make extra money. They are a franchise so they get their products at a cheaper cost when they have specials like this and they can double up on their cost. Food and service has never been very good. I’ll take a longer drive to another Wendy’s if I want a meal from there.

Waiting for a mobile order in the drive thru 40 minutes after there was no cars . Then there was a huge line in back of me just waiting there too . I was late for work and the manager who is older , wears glasses at the window yelled at me being inconsiderate of the time they spent on an order.
