The workers are all very friendly and not a fake friendly. They engage with their customers and not in a phony customer service way. Apparently EMS gets free meals which they go out of their way to make sure you get your discount which is awesome most places have discounts for stuff like this but the workers dont know or they dont honor it without you asking and no one’s gonna go out of their way to ask. But a free healthy meal on shift is a refreshing change to work. Love the atmosphere the staff uphold

Ugh. So addicted to JJ’s sammie’s! It’s literally an hour trip for me from work and soo worth it. Customer service was good and speedy as expected. I love the wheat bread with the crunchy bits of nuts in it. Everything is just delicious with surprisingly consistent quality.

This Jimmy John’s is always well staffed and very fast. It is always clean and really organized. My wife LOVES the #9 and #16, the turkey & bacon is awesome also. The staff is always super friendly and easygoing with odd requests like no mayo or no onion. I dont remember ever getting an order that was made incorrectly.
They always say hi when I come in and and “have a great day & thank you for coming in” when I leave. The bread has always been fresh, the ingredients of the sandwiches is always generous. This Jimmy’s is close to our house so we are there frequently and the service, staff’s professionalism, attitude and sandwiches are always consistent. It is nice to know that you can run in, be treated respectfully, get a great sandwich at a great price and run out in like, 3 minutes. “Subs so fast you’ll freak” is not an exaggeration.
