Typically really good. This afternoon though, really uncomfortable. I couldn’t help notice the manager getting frustrated with the same employee twice. Made it slightly uncomfortable.

Great food, entertaining atmosphere and friendly staff. And lovely A/C on a very hot and humid day. Reading the hilarious signs posted in their restaurant and restrooms while eating our tasty subs made our day and provided fun lunch conversation for our family.

I use to love this place. I even got the giant gargantuan unwhich. It’s a premium sandwich. They started making it on bread. I started I wanted an unwich the manager said they couldn’t do yay. Why? Simple question. You’ve lost me as a customer. I’m paying $18.50 for a sandwich ave you don’t have to spend money on bread. Bad move angry manager.

We came right at closing and the employees were so nice to make our sandwiches. We were starving after driving all day. The sandwiches were delicious and it was a great start to our vacation in Ft. Meyers!

Placed an order at Jimmy John’s for delivery and ordered the veto with no onion. When I got the order guess what it had on it onions. Well that’s a problem right off the bat because it came with onions that I didn’t want. I also posted pictures of probably the saddest sandwich I’ve ever gotten there. You can see that I think a penny is thicker than the meat. Sliced on the sandwich. Do you think it would kill them to put about another $0.20 worth of lettuce to beef it up a little bit. A head of lettuce cost $1.79 I can’t tell you the number of sandwiches that can be made with one head of lettuce. I won’t do Jimmy John’s ever again. Not for that lame $10 sandwich. That was awful.

Fast Delivery? How About NO Delivery to Whiskey Creek!
If you live in Whiskey Creek, I live a mile behind the store. They refused delivery to my home. I submitted a service request to map Whiskey Creek and requested they avoid more negative experiences for other residents. Their automated unresponsive service reply follows:

Thank you for taking the time to write in. I double checked the address and unfortunately there is not a Jimmy John’s that delivers to this location yet.
Our delivery areas are strategically small. When a new store opens, our team creates the delivery area by driving 3-5 minutes from the store in every direction. Our goal is to be able to serve our customers with fast consistent orders and live up to our motto of serious delivery.
We know this is the opposite of logic, but we found that these small areas allow us to get out sandwiches quickly to our customers and provide them with fast consistent service. I’m sorry this doesn’t help you right now, but it sounds like we’ll need to build more stores near you.
