The food was hit-or-miss for me. The mango juice is quite tasty. The adobo roll is also good, with lots of gooey cheese and a crispy shell, though the chicken could have used a lot more seasoning. The green sauce from their sauce bar is the bomb. The mac salad is great, but it’s pretty traditional—I didn’t get any of the “Filipino twist” mentioned on the menu. For desserts, the halo halo is a silly Filipino classic and they do it well here. The milk cakes are also really good.
Unfortunately, the sizzling fried sisig was a bit disappointing, again lacking in seasonings and flavor overall. And I was let down to discover that several of my desserts were over a week old, as indicated by the Sharpied date on the container. I assume they were frozen and then thawed, but I don’t know how long they had been sitting before or after being frozen. These specific desserts were super dry and dense, not pleasant at all.
They weren’t serving about half of their menu when I visited for some reason, which was very disappointing.
That said, the staff is super friendly, the vibes are good, and they have free Wi-Fi. I’d love to give them another chance, but they really need to lean into bolder flavors and offer a full, consistent menu. And obviously they can’t be serving desserts that are over a week old. I think CheBogz has potential and some of the dishes are quite good, but overall I’m disappointed.

One of the best place to get Filipino food south of Seattle! I got the island combo which was delicious! Friendly service, food was flavorful and good portion sizes! I highly recommend and would come back!

I had a delicious lunch here yesterday. Recommended by friends, I had the pork belly sisig, lumpia and a taro boba drink. Everything was delicious and not priced too crazily. Recommended!

I haven’t been back to the motherland in nearly 20 years. The flavors and dishes here just transported me back. Incredibly tasty, and exceptional service. I’ve tried other Filipino spots that were alright, and I could only eat so much jollibee , so this was great. Thank you so much. We will be back.

The sizzling fried Sisig is a must. The texture was amazing and tasteful. Lumpia & Longganisa were respectively crispy & juicy. I was just ok with the ribs. They were maybe not my thing.
Came during lunch off hours so not sure how packed this place will be with its few tables. Overall Recommend this local shop.

A good place to get some legit Filipino food! I ordered the Kare Kare which was just fantastic. My husband enjoyed a silog. We shared a Halo Halo to top off the meal. You order at the counter, find a seat, and dig in once your food arrives. I liked this no frills place with delicious food.

This is a great place for Filipino food. The menu selection is not very extensive but what they offer is excellent. They even have halo halo and Leche flan. I ordered the chicken adobo which comes with rice and pancit bihon. I also ordered the pork lumpia (6 pieces). The lumpia is excellent as was the chicken adobo plate. The chicken is all dark meat and boneless. Obviously catered to the masses. I’m pure Filipino and we always cook with the bones because it adds more flavor to the dishes. Prices are not expensive and very reasonable. Definitely recommend.
