To say this location isn’t worth visiting is an understatement. Have been twice in the last few weeks and both times my orders were wrong. The second time I caught the mistake and came back, only to find the doors are locked. So I had to go through the drive through and explain my problem. The lady inside said, “what’s wrong?” I told her I didn’t receive my chicken leg and she said, you got a wing. I told her I asked for a leg. She slammed the window, returned with a leg the size of a pigeons leg and slammed the window again. No, here you go, I’m sorry or can we do anything else for you. I went home and ate my COLD chicken and decided to read reviews on this location. Wow…..how is this establishment still in business. They have more one-star reviews than a car wash service in the North Pole. Don’t take my word for it, look them up. Some of the comments are either downright disgusting or enough to make the hair on your head stand up. They’re all the same. Bad service and horrible food. Obviously this location and ownership don’t care and are interested in taking your money and have you move on. With today’s dollar not stretching as far as it used to go, you’d think they’d bend over backwards to give you the best possible service and food. But instead this KFC, which stands for Kentucky FILTHY Chicken, would make the Colonel roll over in his grave. If you like chicken and a smile with your order, you won’t get it here. Too many other choices and this place doesn’t deserve to be called a restaurant. I’d trust a guy selling food out of the trunk of his car more than this place.

I ordered 8 piece family meal online, very easy to do and convenient. I went through the drive thru, I just told them the name on the order, went to the window they gave me my food. I am a person that doesn’t ask for conversation, but the lady at the window did at least say “have a good evening”. The food was hot and fresh. Extra crispy as my family likes it. Everyone was happy, it was fast for dinner, which is easier for me. I would do this again.

I got home to eat my chicken. I was very disappointed. Usually when I go it’s juicy and falls apart. Makes my mouth water.
This time the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. I had to pull hard to get the meat off the bone. It didn’t taste right. To much black pepper. It didn’t have very much coating. This is the thigh I tried to eat.

I arrived one minute after open. I was immediately greeted by the woman who took my order. She was kind, though I barely got my order out before she asked “For here or to go?” Still, she didnt come off as rude. I understand she’s at work and doesn’t have all the time in the world. My order was ready literally in about one minute! Hot, fresh, perfect!! A+++ $5 VERY well spent. I’m in Eagan 2x a week and I think I just found my new lunch spot 🙂
