Not even going to rate if I could. and some of the workers were rude except for two they were busy trying to get orders while i patiently waiting to get an order. Two woman that wasn’t doing much kept looking at me and moved back and forth not doing anything really. So after like probably 40 to an hour of waiting and took my order and and the second kind woman handed the food. Didn’t taste good at all but the soda never going back there

The food of course was fantastic and the service was good. They wouldn’t really let us have white meat because there was an 11min wait so they talked us out of getting it but we didn’t mind to much it was still really good and the place was clean and very quick to get our food to us!

The staff on 2nd shift is so friendly and helpful I have a disability and they carried my food out to me and got my drink n utensils. I always go on Sunday evenings and they make me feel like family

Best fast food place sround here. The crew they have in their right now are fantastic and they make you want to come back. Food is alot better than it ever has been. Store is always very cleanily and in Ottumwa Iowa that alot most stores and fsst food places are literally disquisted and you cant even walk thru the doors you just keep driving.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a famous bowl. Asked if I could also purchase a small container of extra gravy, as I like alot of gravy on my potatoes. Person taking my order hesitated and then said ok.
When I get home and set down to eat,and open my sack, instead of having a small container of extra gravy, I have another container of mashed potatoes with a little dab of gravy on it. Called the store and told them and got the old stand-by “sorry about that”. Then remove the lid from the bowl and there is a big mound of potatoes with a very tiny amount of gravy on the edge. And I do mean a tiny amount.
Ate the 5 nuggets of chicken and 2 bites of mashed potatoes with corn. Went to the trash and tossed it. I will once again take this place off my list of eating options. First trip back since 2 months ago when I went there on a Sunday evening at 610, and ordered mac and cheese. I was told that they were out and it would be 40 minutes before they had more made and ready. Can’t believe that this store is still open by operating this way.

Sadly I have to change this review. The lobby is only open when they feel like having it open. We had a group of 9 probably $150 would have been spent… nope lobby closed! We’ll except for a new fairly new employees daughter and baby… they was eating inside.
We had to go elsewhere.
I’m done with this place. Drive 20 miles to go there and find out it’s closed. It’s Pathetic.

Unfortunately it was disappointing again. Every time I go to this location never seems fresh. So I called ahead while in the long line that I would gladly wait for fresh cooked chicken, they took order, I paid and pulled aside. They told me 30 min. I finally called in at 45 min, they were confused about where the order was, then said the strips were just coming up. I got home. The chicken was hot but was very dark, either old grease or over cooked. The mashed potatoes were inedible, they had a had a different texture and tasted as if no salt or something. The taste was not right. Managers are not very friendly to deal with, they never want to cook to order. They have a sign on door call ahead to pickup as you can’t go in. Not many choices in this town sucks to pay $40 bucks and half the food isn’t edible.

Seems every time I order from here there is something missing from my order. This last time I was missing a side. Time before I ordered 2 nachos and 2 Chalupa’s, didn’t get either Chalupa’s. You’d think I’d learn my lesson. They do have good quality food 90% of the time and the majority of the staff are very friendly. Short staffed is no excuse for not fulfilling am order.

They were okay. Not friendly, didn’t input order correctly, didn’t charge for right things, forgot to charge for half of my order which meant that I would not have gotten it, if I had not spoken up. Order a soft taco, get a hard one, which was stale not crunchy and soaked with grease. Wait time was about 10 minutes for 5 items.
