Cold. Stone. Creamery. This isn’t any run of the mill ice cream joint where they tip your ice cream upside down to prove a point to the world(when no one asked). This is a creamery, serving ice cream of the highest degree. It has been years since I treated myself to Cold Stone, and had to run it back for old times sake. The young man working behind the counter had the store in peak shape. Chairs pushed in, tables clean, and his workspace in neat order ready to help the next guest. I treated myself to the Strawberry Blonde in a dipped cone, while my sister dabbled into a Birthday Cake Remix in a bowl. The consistency of the ice cream was delectable, complimented even better by the crisp, yet sweet cone it was served in. I can’t recommend enough that you give this location a visit when in the area. Thank you Cold Stone, thank you.

The ice cream was ok but the service lacked and the kids behind the counter must have needed a nap after our strenuous questioning about their products due to it being our first time in. It was gut wrenching and required the jaws of life to extract any answers. The waffle cups we got were just as stale as their enthusiasm to be there.

Pleasant surprise to find this ice cream stop across from our campground tonight. It had a chocolate shop inside too.

My son and I both got ice cream and once we sat down my son’s ice cream had 2 long black hairs in it. When I went back up to the counter to get a new one the same young girl (with long black hair) helped me unfortunately. Her hair dangling over the ice cream the whole time she made it. I would think management would at least require her to have her tied back.

My all of the caramel on my $7 caramel apple stayed on the paper. The little bit that stayed on the apple was not sweet. Used to be a top notch place, obviously cutting corners now.

Jason was the only person I saw working here at this location at the Nebraska Crossings Outlet, when my best friend and I stopped in there to have a treat. He was amazing!!! He helped every customer, didn’t rush anyone, made suggestions, was very friendly, gave samples to people who wanted some, suggested getting a photo taken with the big bear.. which I did LOL. I even bought one of their dark chocolate truffles. Everything is so amazingly great tasting , and not a bad price . I would come back again and again if Jason was the one working. He made me feel like a customer not a number! An amazing asset to your company!!

A large group of us visited the store this morning, Stephanie was the employee who served us. She was great! She was very knowledgeable & friendly. A few of those with us were quite inquisitive and had lots of questions, but Stephanie was super patient and kind. Some of us ordered chocolates, others orders ice cream, everything was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Great service for our group, awesome ice cream! Unless you like LOTS of ice cream, don’t get the big size!

Terrible customer service. Kids there couldn’t help me identify pricing for the fudge. Pointed to where I could find it. Wasn’t there. Then was distracted in conversation amongst themself. Gal said I could pay at the end. I walked down to pay- different gal standing there counting – not acknowledging me at all. Then finally greeted me and asked me to wait. Then the girl tossed my chocolates on the counter to me. Then she rang me up. I finally knew the price of what I was buying- wouldn’t have bought it had I known the price ahead of time. Pay system took FOREVER.
Disappointed. Chocolate was average at best.

Kristy was very glad to serve us. The mango pineapple smoothie was so delicious too. My daughter got the cake batter shake and she loved that… Very great place to hang out when it gets warmer out too
