Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve personally have had at any subway…
I have mild hearing loss and drive-thru speakers are absolutely my worst enemy, second to the phone. I cannot hear pronunciations and have to be able to read lips.
However, When I got to this location after many unsuccessful attempts at placing an online order, and attempting to order indoors. There was a sign which was “taped” to the handle bar that read “Drive-Thru Only” despite business hours reading 8:00AM-10:00PM… So I attempted the drive thru regardless. When I got to the speaker, all I was able to hear was a slight “hello” so then i tried to place my order, however wasn’t able to hear a response or even if there was an attempt. I asked “Can I please come to the window?” and what I believed was a yes turned into me sitting at the window for 5 minutes. To which I just give up and go back to the front door where the lady who was working was just cleaning the fridge windows. (Mind you this was at 7:30 PM, several hours before closing)
And she was just pointing to the drive thru, so I shouted and signed to her that I cannot hear you! and had to do so a few times, to when she finally opens the door. and I explain to her I’m hard of hearing and cannot hear you. she proceeds to tell me to just call the store… and to this point I’m just upset with her as i just clearly stated i cannot hear you… To which point another gentleman walks up and tells her “I do not have a car so how am I suppose to order…” she replied with the same “Just call me” then he walks his way into the building, and she starts to walk to the counter. then proceeds to call somebody on her phone. and stands there just yelling at this guy and me saying ” at 8 oclock drive thru only…” when there are no clear signs that state so… So i just stand there wondering if I’m even going to be able to order my food… to which point i just give up and end up having to leave…

I just left this location and noticed the parking lot full of homeless individuals shooting up drugs through their arms by the trash bins. I felt unsafe and will not revisit. This is the 2nd bad incident at a subway in vegas. Not sure if they deserve a 3 chance since the 1st bad interaction was with a staff member at another location.

Apparently, this is what they feel a $10 sandwich looks like. Drove past all the homeless and trash to spend 10 minutes being ignored at the speaker in the drive thru. 25 minutes later (only 1 vehicle in front of us), we received what was supposed to be a Buffalo Chicken footlong, double meat, double cheese, and no veggies. There was a small amount of chicken. Just chicken. We were told the cause for the delay was because, on a Saturday at about 2pm, on one of the busiest intersections in the area, they “only had 1 person working.” Unacceptable. Not only will we never return to that location on our weekly trip to the dogpark, we will not be returning to ANY Subway if that is the quality, service, and value we can expect. During a time when businesses should be trying their hardest, it is obvious these folks do not care.

Gave me the new guy who didn’t even know which bread is which. Customers don’t want to pay to help train and then be the test subject. Bad decision on the trainers part that made me walk out instead of pay for a meal. Won’t be back.

This place made the best sandwiches we have had in a while at subway. The way everything was placed is perfect. This isn’t on the best side of town but who ever works here is a great sandwich maker. 10/10 suggest

I was given three end pieces of the jalapeno with the stub, is it too hard to throw away the end pieces? What is it with you youngsters doing these kind of things to customers? This is where it comes to play thinking what else could they be doing to my food. What does it cost you to do a good job and show respect?

This Subway on Boulder Highway and Desert Inn has a drive thru that no one answers. You’ll be sitting there waiting for someone to respond and you’ll find yourself yelling hello at their menu board and all you’ll hear is silence. Then you have to pull around to the front, go inside and ask them does the drive thru work, in which they’ll reply, “it’s broken” or “the register doesn’t work.” Why have a drive thru? I’ve been here a dozen times so I don’t have to get out of my car and do a quick trip. They have answered twice out of a dozen times but it’s a joke!

Went for my 30 min lunch and it was a very long wait not to mention the vegetables were not fresh. I waited for about 20 to 25 minutes because they were taking drive thru and online orders first. I made it back to work late for this reason.

I wish I can give a negative star but obviously that’s not possible. I got overcharged for a half sandwich and it took me 5 days to get it right not to get my money back just to get someone to talk to and they only offered a sandwich the district manager blocks my number from calling so I have to keep showing up to the store for something to happen. I haven’t been to Subway in years but this is my sign not to go back ever again so Subway you have really messed up.
