The best bbq you’ll ever have! Patrick, the owner, is an amazing man, and grill master. I’ve been enjoying his food for close to a decade, and he’s never let me down. This is a must have whether you’re going for a quick bite, or if you’re hiring a caterer.

We had the brisket nachos and a pulled pork sandwich. SO GOOD. When we got to the bottom of the nachos there was more topping then chips. I started to devour the nachos before I got a good photo. We also tried the huckleberry lemonade. It was too sweet for me, but my family loved it. Service was friendly. Definitely recommend a stop.

Southern smoked BBQ, sausages, pk ribs, Brisket, Pulled pork, vinegar sauce or sweet hickory or reaper bbq, it’s delicious. Pit Master is from N.Carolina

The owner who served me was friendly, and the sausage didn’t taste like grease, but flavorful with spices; and the sides were not bland, but flavorful.

Overall very decent. I wouldn’t agree with the “carolina sauce” descriptions since those tend to be mustard based and the sauce here is definitely not. However, their sauce is very decent…not too sweet, not too tangy, no vinegar taste at all. I’ve had the brisket twice…once chopped (excellent) and once sliced (not so great). The smoke flavor isn’t strong at all. The potato salad is not quite as “southern” as the portray but if you’re not from the south you might not be able to tell the difference. Same for the coleslaw. The green beans leave a lot to be desired. They taste like they are straight from the can with boiled bacon and onions…no flavor. Definitely try the chopped brisket though!

If you like food poisoning get the nachos, happened to me 3 times in a row before I realized it was this place making it happen. Haven’t had that issue since I stopped eating there a few months after it opened. And yes a doctor did confirm it was food poisoning each time.

Had really high hopes and wish I could rate higher but unfortunately I can’t. Especially considering how much they charge. Paid over $50 for extremely subpar food.
To start the green beans come from a can, as well as the baked beans. They add in some bland bacon and onion to both but does little to help the canned look and taste.
The pulled pork sandwich has an odd flavor and is super dry. Coleslaw on it is decent but is so wet it made my super plain bun inedible.
Also got the ribs, which were okay but very small and slightly dry for the price.
All in all nothing about this seemed like actual homemade southern BBQ. Do not recommend nor do I plan on returning.

Had high hopes for this place but the food made me don’t wanna come back, at least from what we ordered and tasted.
The ribs tasted bland, dunno if the even grill it or not, bcoz it tasted like they just boiled spare ribs, don’t use any seasoning and only dipped it in BBQ sauce.
They need to pack to go food better, they put cold potato salad next to the ribs, the time I got it delivered, the potato salad warm and the ribs cold with soupy runny nasty BBQ sauce mix potato salad, they use the separated styrofoam container, at least they can put the cold potato salad in one of the top section by it self, but they can’t even do that!
The pulled pork sandwich is alright.
Regular lemonade tasted like dish soap.

I always order the beef nachos mild or medium and a coke and its always very good, reasonably priced and fresh tasting. The staff is very nice and are very quick with the food. One of the best places to eat in hermiston

Got the pound of brisket thinking I was getting sliced brisket. Instead I got a container of chop beef with bbq sauce. Definitely not texas bbq! Don’t remember the price exact but it was definitely more then 50 bucks.
