Said it would be ready in 10 minutes… waited 35 min. Ordered deep dish, one half was cooked more then the other. Also ordered 2 crazy breads for 6 bucks. And one bag of crazy bread wasn’t cooked enough. Won’t be going here again, back to 17th and Cabrillo . On the photo, notice the color on the sausage on one side of the pizza and the sausage on the other side. …. damn shame!

Placed an order on the phone and was very clear on what I wanted and they still got it wrong for one pizza! Then when I let them know they made it seem it was my fault. Like what? Decided to buy an additional pizza and keep the one they messed up on because I was short on time and they were being rude about the whole thing.

Horrible service! I will no be coming back to this location! The pizza was not good plus I was accused of stealing the pizzas by a lady that came out from the back when I clearly had my receipt to prove I had paid for them. I had ordered 4 pizzas. The young man explained to me that the person that came before me might have grabbed two pizzas from my order on accident and the lady tells me that I probably sent someone to pick up my pizzas and that I wanted to get the order twice. Are you kidding me! Why would I tell someone to just grab two pizzas and leave the rest come on! Lesson learned! I will not be coming here again!

I’m so glad this Little Caesar is in this shopping plaza! I used to order from other locations that were further away. I always order using the Little Caesar app and it’s so easy and convenient. I order the food and it’s ready for pickup within 15 minutes. I’ve never had a problem with food quality or pickup. The pizzas are hot and fresh and tasty. I haven’t had to interact with the employees because I just go to the machine and enter my code and pick up my order. The store is also clean every time I have gone there.
I highly recommend using the app to order your food. You can’t go wrong with stuffed crust pizza for $9.99 or a simple pepperoni pizza for $6.99. If you don’t like the grease, one can always buy a frozen pizza for $6.99 at the grocery store and cook it yourself with your own oven. For me, convenience wins and it’s a bonus to have pizza leftovers for lunch the next day.

We got 2 of the extramostbestest pepperoni pizzas and although they were decent they were extremely greasy and oily, It’s not only left me feeling sick but my fiancé and his family too.
I know this place just opened but there is some staff training that needs to take place, the store was also busy with only one cashier and I felt bad for him.
Another coworker announced there needs to be another cashier but no one came to the front to do so, it also looked like they’re understaffed as we only saw 3 other people in the kitchen.
The atmosphere and cleanliness however was great as well as the wait time, I would recommend this place but only if they reduced the greasiness on the pizzas.

I went Friday night, after waiting for 20 minutes the cashier Luis T tells me that they did my order wrong. Fast forward to another 15 minutes. Now I have waited almost 40 minutes for 1 pizza. Cashier didn’t bother offering me anything for the incoveniance. When I got home my supreme pizza was done poorly with little to no ingredients. I like little caesars, but the management here is poor. You’re a million dollar franchise business and can’t even offer your customer any type of compensation for messing up and having to wait 40 minutes for 1 pizza.

Had to update my review and give it a one star. The quality of the pizza is like at harbor and McFadden . The cooks have given up. The pizza is nasty now. Idk what happened to this place but it’s just a no for me now.

Was told 15 minutes for my order, instead waited 50 minutes for 2 pizzas. They didn’t want to accept a $20 for a $15 order. Didn’t help that the workers ignored me each time I would try to ask how much longer my order would take. Pizza was cold and soggy.
