We absolutely love Wing Daddy’s . Was introduced in El Paso and now In San Antonio Se military Dr! We can’t stop going! Miguel the manager always checks on us which is so sweet and our girls Sabrina, Maxine and Esme is phenomenal!!!! Such a welcoming stop and the food and drinks are on point ! Seriously! That’s what keeps us coming back all the time ! Eating there or Togo ? Patio looks amazing ! Thanks to Miguel !! Seriously!!! Really does !! I was excited because we love out doors . Absolutely LOVE !! We thank them for always making us come back for more!!

Went late last night for some wings and fries. The wings were cooked in burned oil. The wings tasted like burned oil and also the fries. Called up the manager and he said he will make us all new wings and and fries will change out the oil. Minutes passed and we asked for our wings and the waitress had told us the manager didn’t put the wings or fries to cook so we just paid the wings our kids ate and the drinks. Worst possible place to eat out late!

The worst wing daddy’s in El Paso County. Food took 1 hr for a to go order because bartender forgot to put in the order. No empathy from your manager Rosa whose excuse was that it was a Monday. Gosh it’s Monday gal you work at wing Daddys come on. Get better managers for this location otherwise start closing down because with managers like this it’s inevitable. I’ve never come on here to post a bad review but y’all really deserve it. 🙁

I put in an order for pick up at 3:54pm and the girl that took the phone order said it would be ready in 15 minutes.. I get there and as usual, it’s not ready. They finally brought it out at 4:55pm,an hour later.. They did not even try to apologize for the inconvenience or comp me or anything. They were all very rude and didn’t look like they wanted to be at work in the first place. As I was leaving the bar area where I picked up my order, I guess there was something greasy on the floor and I slipped and fell. I mean the floors are pretty disgusting there. Not ONE employee asked if I was ok or offered to help me up. I eventually was helped up by an older lady that was dining with her family. I told the staff to “clean their effin floors”.. Oh and yes, I will be filing a formal complaint. This was at the 7500 N. Mesa location and the girl that took my order was Fernanda. As usual, no manager in sight either.

Please do something about your location in Airway, they never answer the phone. I have call 4 different occasions during the year to place lunch orders for my team (called early as soon they open) due to the orders amount. No answer and when you go in person to order because they don’t answer, the staff it’s just not happy to help customers. The only reason I have tried there its because it’s the closest to the office, other wise I would drive somewhere else. This place certainly needs coaching. I think going forward I will take my business to hooters or track one.

Stopped in with the family to have dinner before a movie. We had an hour and 10 minutes before the movie and told the waitress we were kind of in a hurry. After 25 minutes she had never even been back to the table. I finally tracked her down and asked her to check on the order. She said it would be 7 more minutes but in reality it took 43 minutes to get the first 3 meals of our order – my son sat and watched bc his chicken and waffles took an additional 10 minutes. My wings were raw. My daughter ordered bone in and got boneless. The chicken and waffles arrived as buffalo chicken (not what was ordered) I complained to the manager and she said she saw the wings go out and suspected they would come back but – served them anyway. I asked for take out containers so I could possibly make it to the movie but the take out and paying the check took an additional 15 minutes so needless to say we missed the movie time AND the food was so bad I didnt get to eat. Would NEVER go back

Tried to call in a order to pick up at the Northeast location in El Paso TX. Was asked to please hold as soon as girl answered, but wasn’t actually on hold, I could hear everything going on in the restaurant as if the phone was just placed on the counter. After about 10 min( not exaggerating) still nobody came on the phone. So while still on the phone I drove to the location, which is about ten minutes from my house. As soon as I pull in the parking lot someone picks up the phone and hangs up without saying a word. Was on hold for 20 min. I walked in and asked for the manager immediately. Explained what happened and he was very apologetic and said he would get my order taken and give me a discount for the trouble. Girl took my order and said if I wanted to wait or come back because it would be about 15-20 min wait cuz they were busy, told her “well if someone would of not left me on hold for 20 min my order would have been done already, yes I’ll wait”. I ordered an 8 piece boneless honey hot and an 8 piece boneless honey bbq. 20 min later she brings out my order, and my check, asked her if both orders were in same container, because there was only one to go box in the bag, she says yes. Pay for my food and get ready to leave. As I’m walking to my car the order just doesn’t feel right. So, I open the box and there are 4 of one flavor and 4 of the other flavor. Walk back in ask for the same manager, show him the order and he even seems annoyed and the laziness of the staff. He takes care of me to make the situation right thankfully. Annoyed myself after spending almost an hour waiting I get home to eat my wings and the original 4 and 4 were not even the flavors I asked for. So beyond pissed at that location I will never do business with them again. Their wait staff is lazy and only care about talking with each other while at work and standing around.

I showed up with 10 people this evening. All had masks except for the two kids under 10 (which the Governors order says 10 and under are exempt from masks) and myself who has several medical conditions (1 being Lupus which I am in the mist of a flareup, the 2nd being fluid build up around my lungs/heart/kidneys) that pose a greater risk to me wearing a mask than me not wearing a mask. The Governors order also states that masks are exempt if one poses a greater physical or mental health risk.

Tonight I was sorely disappointed to find out that yall would not serve us if all of us including the baby did not wear a mask. I was disappointed to see yall not following the Governors orders. I even showed my Dr. exempt form. I even called ahead to explain we were coming in with a large party and that all but one of us could wear masks, they didn’t tell us there would be a problem with that. We would have chosen elsewhere to go.

I have notified the Governor, who we happen to know personally thanks to our foundation who he works closely with in helping Veterans as well as the Mayor. I have also notified the groups for New Braunfels. Tomorrow, I plan on writing this in reviews on Yelp, Google, Facebook, and taking to Twitter. I also plan on writing a blog that will include yalls name that is seen by thousands of people all over.

Please read and make sure you understand all of the Governors order. While I understand you want to protect your employees and other guests, you also have to protect those who cannot wear a mask. That includes children, especially babies, and the medically exempt. Wearing a mask from the door to the table is not going to protect your employees or others. Especially since our waitress handled our cell phones and most definitely didn’t keep 6ft back.

Please make sure you are know, understand and are following all that the order states. I’d hate to see another business go out of business.

I wish theres no star rating , this place is worthless then a one star. Horrible services , disgusting food . Wings had a actual wings with feather on it. Fried pickle was nothing but crumps. Mgr Franky so busy flirting with his employer and employers are so busy flirting with guy customers. Banding over showing their butt.
But the waitress name Liz made sure we get our food right and gave us a free desert cake and apologized to us so many times . Tried to make mgr Franky to come over and apologize to us but he said no.
IF YALL TRYING TO EAT SOME CHICKEN FEATHERS AND FRIED PICKLE CRUMPS THEN CHECK THIS PLACE OUT .

The most disgusting place by far. They gave us cold shrimp and returned it. They came back and said it was fresh yet the piece we bit into was still THERE!!! We asked where the manager was they said in the KITCHEN! Lmao!!! I can’t even imagine what goes on back there I could just BARF!!! Sadly the manager never came out to talk to us. Probably some little half dresssed kid like the rest of the staff!

NEVER GO HERE! Gross gross and GROSS!!
