Wife ordered pizzas for delivery and 30 minutes after it said it was supposed to be delivered she calls to check the status and they tell her they don’t have a driver tonight so they got a door dash driver coming and will be there to pick it up in 20 minutes. Then we still don’t receive our pizzas so she calls back and they tell her there is nothing they can do as far as refund or anything because they gave the pizzas to the door dash driver. We didn’t order door dash we ordered Pizza Hut. If they didn’t have a driver they should have reached out giving the option to pick up or cancel the order or if we were ok with door dash. And when we never received our order it’s your responsibility not sorry we gave it to door dash that never delivered it.

Trace helped me with my order but then Theron stepped up after trace had to go help another person, and Theron was super helpful and talked me through my problem he was a super awsome guy and the food was really good and he even gave my little girl 2 dollars to win a duck at the duck machine, he really Brightened up my day.
