I stopped by The Milkshake Factory and had one of their delicious milkshakes – it was absolutely perfect.
Thick, creamy, and freshly blended, topped with a generous swirl of whipped cream and a rich piece of chocolate on top.
Not overly sweet, just smooth and satisfying.

So happy we checked this place out! The milkshakes were absolutely delicious and you can taste the high quality ingredients used. We got the campfire s’mores and raspberries and cream shakes and loved them both. They also make chocolate bark in house which is a must try!! This is our new summer spot.

Thank you so much, we had fun, I loved the ballon arch that was made for us. The staff and everyone involved did an over the top job. We recently had a chocolate making party with our friends. It was an amazing party of 11 kids in a private room inside the store. The kids had so much fun making their own chocolate barks. While waiting for the chocolate to set, the kids can enjoy a mini milkshake. The manager and staff were very friendly, patient and accommodating during our party. Everyone can’t stop raving about how wonderful the party was. Thank you Milkshake Factory!

Great place to experience extraordinary milkshake flavors such as Chocolate Raspberry Truffle or Bananas Foster. Ice cream is made in-house and milkshakes are handspun. Handmade Chocolate Bark in a variety of flavors also available.

The MilkShake Factory in Ann Arbor played a key role in making our recent Saline School Robotics Team fundraiser a tremendous success!
From the beginning, the management team was incredibly supportive—quickly coordinating everything needed to ensure the event ran smoothly. Their staff was warm, welcoming, and even provided us with space to showcase our robot and presentations, which created a fantastic experience for everyone who attended.
Most importantly, the treats were a hit! Everyone loved the delicious milkshakes and the impressive variety of freshly made chocolates. The cake pops, in particular, were a huge favorite among the kids!
We’re truly grateful for The MilkShake Factory’s generosity and community spirit. Thanks to their support, our students are one step closer to reaching their goals at the upcoming robotics event.

Whether you’re a chocoholic like me, or not, this one is worth a visit. Atleast once on a visit to A2. Especially since Godiva closed over at BriarwoodMall. So many different options for shakes or just dessert, and made wholesomely without tasting like just sugar.
I tried the chocolate cake shake and just expected it to taste like it, but instead it had actual chocolate cake in it. Loved it. Sumptuous! Gotta try.

Our family visited yesterday, all of our shakes were so good! The samples of chocolate bark handed out were so decadent as well. I would recommend this place for a delicious sweet treat.

I love milkshakes and this place hit the spot! So creamy and flavorful because you can tell they use rich, quality ingredients. I got the raspberries and cream and my husband got the peanut butter shake. Both were really good and fresh tasting. We’ll stop by next time we’re passing by the A2 area. A bit pricey ($17 total) but nice for a special treat. I’ll try some chocolate next time.
