I ordered the 3-cheese loaded tots today and I got such a small portion plus it was burnt on the side. I called to inform them, and the person tried to prove I was wrong by indicating that he “correctly checked the portions”, I literally worked at Dominos Lawrence for a year and I know for a fact that portion should be 27 loaded tots in total (9 rows with 3 columns). I was promised a remake and the driver never came. I really don’t care about the Loaded tots but I really don’t appreciate the guy’s professionalism. Dominos is always a busy place during rush hour, but losing professionalism like that? Do better.

Ordered handmade pans. The pizza was so thin, and 50 percent crust. The manager and other male workers are nice but do not make good pizzas at all. Always sparse toppings and not enough sauce. Literally to the point where we had to start getting extra sauce just to have normal amount of sauce. The young lady in there is the only one that makes pizzas the way they are supposed to be made. And I say that as someone who has ordered from multiple domino locations. From now on, I’m gonna have to call to see if she’s working there before I choose to order from there. And plz don’t take this message and try to critique her because she is the only reason we still choose to order from there.

Definitely not the best place for pizza but it is quick and convenient. The store seemed to be in pretty good shape and was clean as far as I could see. The kitchen worker did not seem to know what was going on as he repeatedly had to be told how to do what they do and just couldn’t get it right. I probably will not go back but only because I don’t care for the low quality food.

Driver opens my door which is rude . You do not open a customers door . On top of that they forgot my sauces which i paid for . Then when i try to call to see where the driver is at with my sauces and ignore the calls 3 times . This place is shitty . DONT recommend

Two people working there were friendly and greeted us. The food was awful, the pizzas were cut wrong and not all the way through either. My 10 year old daughter said “Dad this Domino’s sucks.”

Ordered through the app and while the food was delivered relatively quickly, the driver went to my neighbors house and when I caught him, I saw part of my order was already wrong (wanted a 2 Lt Diet, got regular). When he walked up he started pulling the boxes out sideways and kinda threw them to me. He started to leave without giving me everything and when I got inside, one of my pizzas was wrong. I’m a vegetarian and I got a pepperoni pie. When I called I was told it was an accident and it was probably still at the store, but would go out asap. When another 40 minutes passed (& I live reasonably close by car), I called again and was told the pizza was undercooked, needed a few more minutes and would go out in like 20 and was that all I was calling about… Uh, yeah, that’s it. But I’m sorry, what? I just want my correct order. THEN when they did arrive, they delivered ANOTHER pepperoni pie. I called again and they knew as soon as they picked up the phone and was assured another driver now had the correct pizza and would be there shortly… & shockingly, the correct pizza never arrived. COOL.
