Tried the sesame-seed semolina and the rustic rye – both had a great crust, soft crumb, and were delicious. Also tried the spinach-artichoke and cheese pretzel – it was a great flavor combination and also delicious.
If you’re in Hendersonville, definitely stop by and enjoy !

This shop is next door to the great coffee shop, with a connecting doorway! The coffee was awesome, then the bakery was right up there. Organic, non GMO, glyphosate free, everything good. We got a lot to take with us- baguette, specialty pretzels, bag of coffee, even a jar of local honey.
Lots of steady customer traffic the whole time we were there. They don’t have a lot of seats and tables.
The quality of the baking matches Boulted Bread, on a smaller scale (Raleigh people know what I mean!)
We’ll be back our next time through Hendersonville. Great bakeries and local coffee shops are gems!

Soo good…. They didn’t have many options left when I stopped by around 1pm but everything I bought was so delicious and to top it off, there’s a coffee place right next door with incredible espresso drinks! Deserves 10

We drove 3 hrs to get croissants & eclairs. Unfortunately there were none at 11 am. Didn’t see pizza squares either. Did they change ownership or management? They had breads, scones, muffins, cookies & pretzels. We got 4 pretzels. They’re still delicious.

We stopped here on our way to scout out waterfalls. Besides coffees to go, we got the best ever blueberry lemon scone, a delicious peanut butter cookie, a soft pretzel with cheese, a brownie, and a loaf of sourdough bread that was so soft and fresh!
