I went to buy ice cream for my kids. I bought 5 small ice cream cones. One of my boys ice cream fell off and hit the ground he was very upset and i ordered my daughter one which was the wrong kind and asked if i could get a new one and they made me pay for another one. Not only that but the last three ice cream cones they made all the ice cream was melted so they put it in a cuo with the cone flipped upside down!! I understand it was hot out but how come the ice crema wasn’t frozen?? I payed $30 for 6 cones that were melted i will never buy from there again!! Very disappointed and they also had their fryer off because it gets too smokey inside

We had a extremely bad experience, the girls working were really rude from the jump. They were playing music with super inappropriate language for what should be a family friendly environment. After looking at the menu for a moment I ordered what I wanted and she quickly told me they “don’t even have that here”. I said well you have a sticker out here of the flavor that says you do. She said well we don’t. They then looked at me with complete disgust. I ordered what the rest of my family wanted and paid. I decided to not get anything because I wasn’t giving them anymore business then necessary. The ice cream was melted and a complete mess when they gave it to us. We won’t be back, teenagers or not that behavior and the treatment we got wasn’t appropriate.

On Saturday 05/18 I had the WORST ice cream experience. I waited in line for a good 25 minutes, which I understood because they were busy. The lady hands me my ice cream and it’s already on a slant and not all the way on the cone. I take two steps back and the ice cream falls into my other hand! I asked the lady if i could have another one, and she said no because “it wasn’t my fault that happened to you” very rudely. I then ask for at least a cup as the ice cream is melting in my hand and she tells me 25 cents for a cup. Worst customer service I have ever had. Not impressed AT ALL. Do better!

Great variety but management could use some work. Employees are frustrated with staffing and it shows. Employees are very short with customers or don’t talk at all.

I never write bad reviews but this one was definitely necessary. I had the worst customer service experience at lake side this evening with 5 girls working at the time. We ordered a basket of fries and they were way too salty that me and my daughters could not eat. I respectfully asked if they could be remade. Used please and thank you. They gave me a dirty look and said they would. After some time I went back up to the window and someone asked if I needed anything. I told her that my fries were being remade. A different girl behind the window (with red hair) said to her other co workers that “we can’t just be remaking new fries” in a rude manner. I pointed out I paid for them and confusingly asked why wouldn’t they be remade?!? I guess satisfying the customer isn’t something they enforce here. They rolled their eyes and shut both of the windows. I then got my order of fries and they only gave me a half order! Point is whoever is running that place needs to get their workers in check. Most disrespectful service I’ve had tbh! Won’t be coming back. I asked for the manager and they refused to give me that information. Then yelled “COME BACK HERE” 3 times.

We ordered ice cream around 1630 09AUG23 to have horrible customer service from the brunette female and ice cream that was melting by the time we reached our table. We were handed a Sunday with chocolate when we requested no chocolate on top. She responded back you ask for chocolate to be added and you will have to pay for a new one. Total disappointment that we have to pay for a new one just for it to made correctly. I live in Florida with temp reaching 103 and the ice cream doesn’t melt that fast. Total and utter disappointment. You can do better.

Great day on the lake and stopped for ice cream with the kids. When one of the kids grabbed her cone it accidentally fell off. We immediately turned around and told the girl that handed it out the window. Her response.. “it wasn’t our fault, sorry”…Really? No customer service. Pretty disappointed after spending $40 on ice cream.

We ordered 2 chili dogs for my hubby and a regular hotdog for me. My hot dog came out cold with no toppings. But the kicker was all 3 were on 1 plate. When I asked for another plate- because there were 2 of us- I was told I didn’t need another plate and it would cost me a quarter! We’ll never go back.
Serious customer service training is needed.
