The young lady at the window tonight was so nice. Kindness goes a long way because you never know what your customers are going through. My food was fast & warm. Also, our interaction was at a minimum because I asked for hot sauce, but she says have a nice day and had a smile on the whole time! A smile goes a long way!

I’m a vegetarian so I don’t eat there but I love their milkshakes.
I think I had their french fries and onion rings once and they were good.
Not much of anything else there for a vegetarian.
It’s a drive-thru restaurant. No indoor seating so your atmosphere is what you bring in your own vehicle.

We ate at this location in Franklin for the first time on 12/26 & 27. The food was excellent and reasonable price. Service was fast and friendly. We will be regular customers and highly recommend other locals to give them a try.

I love eating at cook out , my girl friend and myself both look forward to either getting one of our favorite shakes or trying a new shake along with our meal each time , and seems no matter what we choose , well it goes up as another one of our top favorites , I really don’t think folks could find a better burger / barbeque fries, shake anywhere in Franklin , it’s always a treat to eat at the cook out and the staff have always been patient , kind , and cuortious to us , were so glad we have a cook out in our town.

Man this place is amazing all around every cookout I’ve been to is you get what you pay for all out amazing but today just wasn’t that I ordered 40$ worth of food and they forgot two orders of white cheddar cheese bites like man that’s your one job and I love the white cheddar cheese bits

This is the saddest excuse for a burger I’ve ever seen. I ordered the big double out west style and the patties weren’t even 2 inches wide. My wife had the regular and hers was the same, she ordered hers without onion and it had onion on it. Not to mention that both of them had almost no BBQ sauce. We would have been better off going to the McDonald’s up the street. Locals will understand how bad it was when I say that even Hardee’s would have been a better choice. Save your money and go somewhere else. This location is absolutely pathetic, this isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had here and management obviously doesn’t care about the quality of food or service.

I don’t understand why multiple times I’ve been to cookout locations and there are multiple items missing from my order. I pay for a certain amount of things and expect certain sauces and find myself missing things I paid for when I’ve driven away. Convenient.
