My girlfriend and I ordered buttered bagels from here and we got literal burnt bagels. There seems to be no real care in making these bagels as when I ordered here before and asked for toasted, the bagels were still soft and un-toasted. I have also gotten a sausage egg and cheese here before and the ingredients are absolutely microwaved. They feel rubbery and dry simultaneously. There is no quality control with the bagels here, you are better off going to Kroger and making your own. Don’t eat here.

Bought a bagel with lox for $10.30, the bagel is good and the staff is friendly, but there is barely any lox on the bagel. 1 thin piece of lox! I told the cashier when I placed my order that the previous time I came I was disappointed with the amount of lox I received to see if any changes would be made, but I still received one thin piece of lox. It was a good bagel, but for 10 bucks I expect more than one thin piece of meat. Maybe my expectations are too high idk.

Went here with my mom and got a baker’s dozen as well as our own bagels. The food was amazing! Bagels were perfectly toasted and the cream cheese was great! Service was nice and fast and the atmosphere was chill, a hole in the wall type place with some spectacular bagels ❤️

The bagels are good and they used to have good coffee but they no longer do, it’s mad weak. The coffee would probably be decent if they just got the ratio right. Hello bagel bring back the good coffee, get the ratio right, you got to double that dose, it’d help your game big time.

One of the best lunch places around. Wickedly fast, super good food, always friendly staff, cool local art you can purchase on the walls. Literally had a sandwich and a drink for less than $10. Probably the best bang for your buck in Blacksburg.
