I always go for the Cajun fries since they have a little heat to them. All you need is the smallest size because they always pour em in thick. Always great burgers and a regular is a double already. The burgers a pricey for a fast food place but Id rather go here than to a restaurant where I will pay more for less food and the same or worse quality.

Since it was closing, they gave us a huge bunch of fries for free and their fries are so delicious!
I wish their free peanuts in the shell were fresher though, but again, they’re free!
I would definitely eat there again and recommend others to eat there too!

Just a small review about the Blacksburg store. I recently ordered dinner for the family and 2 out of 3 of the burgers were incorrect. This is not a complaint but a thank you to the Manager Ryan. The restaurant was extremely busy and things happen. When I called to let them know the order was incorrect he didn’t question it he just apologized and offered to remake the order. His customer service skills are excellent and I will continue to frequent the restaurant because they have the best burgers in town.

One of my favorite places to get a burger and fries. Friendly people who always greet you when you walk in, incredible service, and amazing flavors are just a few things you get when you visit here. I don’t care how many times I come, I am never disappointed because they are always consistent with their service.

Great staff, tasty burgers and superbly clean place. Five guys isn’t your standard burger joint, fresh patties and fresh cut fries, makes the food super tasty. Of course it comes with that high price tag, it’s worth it.

The service and everything else like the free peanuts and the general serving time is great. I dust dont see why there is a big hype about 5 guys..I mean their burgers are not all that and I feel(subjective) that ita not worth the 12$ to get fries, a burger and a shake. I’ve had their shakes, I’d say the chocolate and vanilla are fine. Avoid the coffee, to me it was like drinking a cold mushy coffee slurpee even though I had gotten it mixed with other flavors
