Edoardo’s is truly an authentic establishment, and I thoroughly enjoy my visits there. The cuisine is absolutely wonderful and remarkably genuine. The pasta dishes are prepared with exceptional care, and the desserts are simply extraordinary. Dining here makes me feel the comforting feeling of a home-cooked meal rather than a restaurant experience. The flavors are delightful, and you can truly discern the passion in every dish. I would gladly recommend it for beverages, a meal, and especially the desserts, particularly the tiramisu. The mushroom pasta was delicious, the drinks were one of the kind and you feel like you are in middle of Italy trying out desserts. I would recommend this place to everyone. The hospitality is so heartwarming you want to come back again and again.♥️

such a lovely gem in Huntington! The prosciutto with candied pineapple was so good!! Had the fungi pasta which was delicious and fresh. The pistachio ricotta tort was amazing. 10/10 recommend this place – a crowd pleaser for all. Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing place. The service was great , we went on a Tuesday and it wasn’t packed. I have previously went on a Friday with reservations was a bit of a wait but so worth it. All the food is incredible and the drinks are always on point. Went for birthday and they did the sparkler at the end, super cute, what’s not pictured is the pistachio cake we ordered cause we devoured it so quickly. 10/10.

Very simple and cozy Italian food. First time feeling like I am eating genuine Italian food in someone’s home. Atmosphere was calm and quiet even though many people were seated. Air was not dense as it is in other Italian restaurants. Appreciated the small curated menu.

Beautiful spot. I had a restaurant week menu, prosciutto with burrata and pineapple as an apetizer as well as branzino. Also tasted chicken from my friend’s plate and I’m amazed. So many flavors, service was great, place is cozy and unpretencious, great playlist… Finished with tiramisu and espresso and I’ll definitely be back. Met the chef Edoardo and the GM Andrea and they both seem like very nice people. They really know what they are doing.

We decided to check out Edoardo’s Trattoria after a recommendation from a friend, and we are so glad we did!
The night couldn’t have been better. The food was amazing, and the vibe was welcoming.
When we got there, we were welcomed by McKenna, who is a sweetheart, friendly, funny, and the owner of an adorable dog.
While waiting for our table, we sat at the bar and (happily) decided to eat there instead of at a table. Good choice (in our opinion) because we got the chance to meet Adi, who was friendly & so passionate about the food and the restaurant in general. It all made for such an enjoyable evening!
The bread was homemade, and there was a thin, crispy flat that was so good!
As a starter, we had the Prosciutto and pineapple (with burrata and candied hazelnuts). The combination of the prosciutto, the carmelized pineapple, and the creamy burrata was perfection. (Next trip, we want to try the mussels, they look so good!)
Next up, we split a pappardelle alla bolognese. Hand-made pasta and a rich beef ragu, what more could you as for!
For our entrees, Tom had the pollo scarpariello. According to Tom, it was the best he has had (and believe me, it’s his favorite, so if it’s on the menu, he’s getting it). I tried some, and I have to agree, it was great…tender, and well seasoned.
I had the veal scallopini valdostana…tender veal complemented by mashed potatoes with a subtle flavor of rosemary. Utterly delicious!
Dessert was a basil panna cotta with a mixed berry reduction and fresh whipped cream. The panna cotta was so creamy, and the combination of savory basil and sweet berries was pure heaven.
We had wine with dinner (and some great limoncello to finish), but the martinis looked great and are definitely on my to try list.
The dish of mixed sweet and sour gummies that accompanied the check was a great touch.
Before leaving, we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Edoardo (Adi’s father). Not just a talented chef, he is sweet, humble, and just so nice!
The experience made the trip from Queens to Huntington well worth it. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend Edoardo’s to anyone who prizes having fresh, delicious food prepared with care in a friendly, welcoming environment.

After being told by several friends and relatives that the service at Edoardo’s was slow, the noise level was comparable to a high school cafeteria, but the food was good, my wife and I thought we would give it a try. The service was excellent. The noise level was terrible. The food was acceptable, but not great. The chef tries to be too fancy. The prices were high for a mediocre dining experience. Also, the tables are a bit smaller than the standard size. The place itself is tiny. What I found most egregious is that they try to fool you with the size of the portions by having plates with a higher center or bump to raise the level of the food. This is a cheap way to cheat the customers. We will never go back. Go to Jonina’s or Piccolo’s for a better dining experience.

The best Italian food is the freshest and home made food. We found it at Edoardo’s! Just delicious!!!! Service is good, though spread a bit thin. Cocktails are wonderful! (Super Negroni!!). The music was a bit out of sync… a bit disco, a bit new wave… didn’t make sense or complement the food or atmosphere. That aside, you must try Eduardo’s!!

Greatly enjoyed our dinner, including the prosciutto with caramelized pineapple and buratta appetizer and their amazing mixed grilled seafood special. Their pastas are also quite enjoyable. Prices are a bit high, but the food is well worth it. They use top notch ingredients, which is rare. We will be back!
