We love visiting Rita’s for the best Italian ices! This Rita’s location does not disappoint. The staff is always friendly and I like how I can see online what’s flavors are available before visiting the location. There are so many options to choose from and we like the gelato, custard ice cream with sprinkles, the Reese’s peanut butter mud slide and of course the ices. My favorite flavors in the ices are cherry, blueberry, lemon and Swedish fish! This is a great location to visit and I highly recommend it.

I ordered a large Apple Berry Blue Gelati and a kids size Watermelon slushie with gummy bears. The parking lot is clean and free of trash. I was helped immediately as I stood on line. The lady who helped me was helpful, efficient, and kind. I paid with credit card but as I got in my car I was overcome with an urge to put a few bucks in the tip jar, so I did 🙂 I love this location!

Good customer service but literally never have mint flavor and it’s the most popular flavor. You would think they would make it more often. I’ve come here three times in a row within the last week just to see if I can get mint and they just constantly don’t have it and they say it’s whatever the managers choose to make so I definitely think they should make it. The workers didn’t seem to want to talk to me about it. They just wanted me to leave so they could sit around and do nothing. They weren’t really friendly. Just kinda had this look on their face like “go away”

My husband and I have always had a great experience at Rita’s! The staff is incredibly friendly and does such a fantastic job. The service is quick, and they always make sure everything is perfect. The treats are always fresh and delicious—whether it’s Italian ice, frozen custard, or a blend of both! I highly recommend stopping by for a sweet treat and great service!

Me and my partner came here last night after doing some shopping. The employee at the register was having a conversation about hooking up with their friend who was standing outside the Rita’s so I had to wait a couple minutes until I can start ordering. All good, I just thought they would be doing that on their own time. The custard flavors we were looking for ended up not being available and only 4 flavors were available. Okay that’s fine. So I ordered a pumpkin and chocolate flavor. As I got back on the car I realized they gave me a vanilla instead of pumpkin spice. Other employees are just standing there texting on they’re phones. Such a weird bad experience.

This Ritas is a hit or miss. Sometimes the line is long some days the line is short. Somedays the service is fast and another day service is slow. Most days, they run out or do not have Swedish Fish or Sour Patch or even random ice cream flavors.
