They made my son a sandwich said it was just like the pizza they said charge 11 bucks for bread and red sauce call for Manger and they hang the phone up on you!! Also said couldn’t make a pizza cause it was frozen pretty sure that’s how pizza are cook!!! Very bad food I would not let my dog eat there!! And the employee are very rude!!! So if you want good food this is NOT THE PLACE TO EAT!!!

Agree with Amanda Maltz. However, my bread was worse. It was hard as a rock and crumbled in my hand when I tried to pick it up to take a bite. So I drove the 12 miles back into town to complain and get some fresh bread. I told the young man who assembled my sandwich that he knew very well when he took that bread out of the case that it was hard as a rock. I asked him why he would serve it in the first place. He offered to make a new one, and I settled for just some fresh bread. The next 6″ sub roll wasn’t much better than the first. As I was leaving, I went back into the store to inquire about management. The staff was laughing and talking about me. He was quite surprised that I caught him talking smack about me. If this is the kind of help you hire and the lack of training you provide your employees, you won’t be in business much longer. Wait til you get sued because people get sick from what your business is serving the public. This trip cost me $10 in gas and $12 for my chips and sandwich. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the mind to take a photo. I wish did! I’ll spend my money elsewhere!

Went in about 7 pm even though there were some bad reviews because we were hungry after a long car trip and wanted something healthier than fast food. I immediately noticed that the store was very clean- almost spotless! Caleb was behind the counter and his telling to take care of the drive through and counter by himself. He immediately made eye contact with me (only one inside) and said he would be right with me. I watched him finish up 2 foot longs and he was quick and efficient in his movements.
I placed my order for 2 foot longs and stood by while he made them. We chatted and he stated that he was not aware of the many negative reviews. The ingredients he was using all looked very fresh and he used nice amounts not being stingy at all. I asked for extra banana peppers and he obliged.
We ate in the parking lot as we had our dog with us and the sandwiches were very tasty. Both were toasted and they were just right as to temperature.
Restaurant was clean, Caleb deserves a raise, and we will be back!!

I haven’t ate in this subway for a long time and I thought I’d give it a try. First off. I went in and the manager I assume was doing an interview. I wasn’t even greeted. She just turned and look at me. Second. When she did come up and take my order. I asked for my flat bread to be toasted on my Philly and she said no. Apparently they can’t toast them. I’m sorry but if I want it toasted even if it’s hard. Give me what I ordered. Then I asked to cut it and got a kinda snippy response. And honestly it doesn’t taste that great anyway.
Almost as rude as the LaFollette subway. I believe instead of talking with this manager again. I’ll just call corporate. Very disappointed.

Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed immediately it had not been swept and none of the tables were wiped down. When I approached the sandwich prep, I also noticed that none of the equipment or food surfaces had been sanitized or wiped down. It was blatantly apparent. The drink machine does not work, so they have to give you a drink. The sweet tea in the lobby had expired 2 hours before our arrival. The females restroom had standing puddles of water as well as a large pool of soap on the floor. One of the employees had asked a question pertaining to metal in a microwave, and that same employee did not wear gloves for a portion of the meal preparation. You can guarantee my money will be spent elsewhere.
