To Whom It May Concern,
This is now the second time I am filing a complaint regarding the Chipotle at 13935 Landstar Blvd, Orlando, FL 32824. Unfortunately, the issues remain the same, if not worse, and this location continues to provide an unacceptable dining experience.
Once again, there was no manager present during lunchtime service, and the overall quality of the food was horrendous:
• The rice had no lime or cilantro and was clumped together to the point it resembled mashed potatoes.
• The fajita vegetables were chopped in excessively large chunks, about the size of a thumb, showing pure laziness and lack of care in preparation.
• The beans tasted like they had been reheated multiple times.
• To make matters worse, the ice machine was out of ice, yet drinks continued to be sold on a very hot Orlando day.
When I raised these concerns, no effort was made to correct or remake the food. We spent over $100 on meals that ultimately went into the trash because they were inedible. Even more troubling, a family member who attempted to eat part of their meal became ill with diarrhea shortly afterward.
This location shows zero leadership, zero accountability, and zero quality standards. At this point, I strongly believe it should be considered for closure, as it is damaging Chipotle’s reputation and failing to uphold even basic customer service expectations.
I urge you to take serious corrective action immediately. This is a disservice to loyal Chipotle customers and to the brand as a whole.
Only one employee was working in the restaurant, handling both the kitchen and the cash register.
There were 27 customers waiting in line, and the line was not moving at all.
Meanwhile, the other employees were standing in the corner of the kitchen and talking instead of working.
Firstly, and the most important one is the lack of food in the different locations we have visit like for example the worst one has been the one at 13935 Landstar Blvd. and Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando.
Secondly, the portion sizes seem to vary greatly depending on the staff working. Some days, you get a generous scoop of your favorite ingredients; other days, it feels like they’re rationing every single item.
Third, the cleanliness in many locations leaves a lot to be desired. Tables from the same kitchen inside are all messy with food all around with dirty dishes overstocked.
Tables are often not wiped down, trash bins overflow, and the drink stations can be messy.
The service can also be hit or miss. While some employees are friendly and attentive, others appear rushed or disengaged, making the experience less enjoyable.
Lastly, I’ve noticed issues with online orders. Items are frequently missing, and sometimes the quality isn’t the same as when ordering in person.
I still enjoy Chipotle for a quick, healthy meal, but I really hope that this type of behavior changes across establishments, as it speaks volumes and they focus on improving consistency, cleanliness, and service in the future.

If you go in and put your bowl together yourself it’s fine. But boy oh boy TODAY!! I ordered pick up and was sitting in line. As I’m typing this im literally waiting. I called corporate. I tried to get through to the store twice and no one answered. I’m so mad. So the only outlet I have left is this.
There’s no reason for you to have 14 cars in a line outside of the pickup line especially when the food is pre-ordered with a pick up time. I made my order at 8:30 and couldn’t pick up for 20 mins. So between 8:30 and 8:50 you didn’t have my food together and everyone else’s food together so we can just literally pick up and drive out. There’s literally no reasons to wait for a pickup order *takes a deep breath*
This not the norm at this store.
Usually they require people to go around and wait for their order. So idk what happened today but it made me so mad that I’m going to have to try my best to be nice when I finally get my food.
I finally got my food at 9:50. They completely lost it. And the poor boy back there was literally bleeding from his nose and had napkins up his nose filling orders which I don’t think is sanitary.
Craziest night I’ve ever had an hour and 20 minute wait for some rice and chicken.
Third Edit: as I said…I’m eating the chips and guess what they are….stale…chipotle I’m gonna need a refund. This isn’t right.
Have a blessed evening everyone.
