Our server Robert was attentive and friendly. Our food came out perfect. The manager Matt come around to check on us and other tables to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves. Staff was friendly and all worked well together to make sure our dining experience was a good one.

I don’t know what happens there but every time I eat their food I get sick. It didn’t happen once but four times with both me and my husband. I tried different meals and every single one of them made me sick. We had dinner there last night and I didn’t even finish my plate of pasta and we had to rush to go home because I got sick. The service is good, the food tastes good, but something is happening because it’s the only place where I ever got sick and I am constantly eating out. We decided to cut the place for good!

We ordered a take out dinner tonight. I specifically checked off “no pink” for my husband’s burger. He prefers very well done. This came with much pink in the middle.
The entire order should have been much hotter than it was. A 5-minute drive shouldn’t have made it that cold!
Mostly, our experience with Applebee’s is wonderful. Disappointed tonight.

We have had this waitress numerous times and I am still surprised she still works there. I understand we came into the restaurant with a big groups but as soon as one of us switched seats and my friend put on his glasses the waitress instantly said “I’m no longer doing separate checks.” We all looked confused and asked why but it turns out she is just lazy as all hell.
Recently we had the same waitress and same experience this time but you’ll enjoy this one. So me and my group sit down and she utters the same thing about separate checks. It’s my friends sisters birthday and we ask her to see if she can bring out desert for her, but shes no where to be found?! there were only 4 other tables there at the time and she just disappears. Fast forward a little bit we get the desert and she just puts it right in front of my friends sister and immediately we start singing but where was the other staff? It was someone else birthday that day and they had the other staff singing? Applebees, you have lost my business and I’m happy i didn’t leave the tip.

The food and service was fine but the air conditioning wasn’t working right in half the restaurant and they still sat people on the hot side. They claimed it was because the servers have specific areas but this is poor management. Manager should have closed the hot side and assigned servers to customers fairly rather than by area. Sometimes it takes a little out of the box thinking to manage a problem. That’s why they’re called “managers”

It was one o’clock in the afternoon on a Friday and the place was empty, but I still waited five minutes to be acknowledged and a further two to be seated.
The staff had a rather Blasé fares attitude about doing things. The food was mediocre at best, and not very filling. For what I paid for a lunch here I feel cheated. If you have no real expectations of good food or decent service, then this is the place for you. Me? I won’t be back.

The customer service was very friendly and the food was delicious and hot. Additionally, they offer a military discount as well, which can make the price of the meal more affordable. I just loved the fact that, they were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived to the moment that they returned with my food. I highly recommend this establishment for takeout.

This is a regular spot to take the family. The service was exceptionally slow on this visit. The food was as expected, and the staff pleasant. I guess they were a little short because it was a light crowd on a Monday night. We will certainly return.

When you get to start your meal with the best pretzels and beer cheese sauce anywhere I know, you can feel sure it doesn’t stop there. Add in good service with fun servers. Then, you get a great time: good food, good fun.
