The service is absolutely terrible and disrespectful, Whoever hired all that female only crew/staff needs to be fired, as well as all the crew in all shifts. They should all be ashamed the mediocre level of service paying customers had to tolerate daily. I hope they close this store.

I thought I was the only one who found something off about these workers. They create such an uncomfortable environment, I usually have to go to a further occasion just to feel welcome. Management really needs to do something about this, it’s such a shame. Please take the time and effort to train your employees! If more than 4 people are saying this then there really is a problem.

Ever since I moved to Maryland three years ago, this place has been terrible. Actually, BEFORE I moved here and when I was just visiting it was a bad experience. It’s the same people who are rude at the window, and they will TRY to gaslight you into thinking that the lazy, rushed way that they made your item is correct. I’ve had to get multiple items remade, and multiple refunds. They will hold a drink in front of you, that you waited in line for, and try to make it seem like it’s your fault that it’s melted.
Here’s a tip for the readers : Just go down to Mill Station, St. Thomas, or even further to the Pikesville location. It’s sad; I’m actually the same age as most of the workers, I get it, I’m in college and working and have to deal with entitled people as well. I hate to be a Karen, but at what point will this location improve?

Average service from disinterested staff. The chairs are dirty/ stained, trash on the floor. Hot drinks served in paper cups instead of ceramic. The vibe is completely off. Support your local coffee house with people that are actually passionate about what they do because this ain’t it.

0 stars is appropriate for the sandwich they gave me today. I ordered a Turkey pesto and they put the tiniest sliver of Turkey and had it sticking out the side as if they had stuff they sandwich only for me to open it and see no meat on the rest of the sandwich and 2-4 tiny pieces of red pepper. Just disrespectful for those prices. I will never come here again I am disgusted. And believe I will be coming TODAY for my money back.

Aaliyah made me my caramel crunch frap and she was so friendly ! She put so much love into my drink. I work in customer service and I know how hard it can be to keep a positive attitude let alone enthusiasm! She had it all ! I will always come back to this location because they are so friendly !
