The place is nice, and I like the concept. I went on a Sunday, and there weren’t many people. They also didn’t have several of the beers I wanted. I wanted to use their birthday promotion, but the girl who was there said it couldn’t be applied until the next visit, which I don’t think will happen.

Hoppy House Taproom is an excellent spot for beer enthusiasts. The variety of beers on offer is impressive, and their innovative tap system adds a unique touch—you get to choose and pour your own beer with a simple sensor system, which enhances the overall experience. It’s a fantastic place for team outings, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This will definitely be our go-to hangout.
However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The food portions were disappointingly small, even when we ordered large servings, they weren’t sufficient. Additionally, on a busy evening, there was only one person managing the entire crowd, which affected service efficiency. If they could address the portion sizes and staff availability, it would elevate the experience significantly.
Overall, it’s a stellar place for beers, with a great atmosphere and potential for even more!

I love the concept of the wrist bands tracking what you pour / drink. It was a fun place to hang out and chat with friends. It does get loud when it’s full but that is to be expected. Definitely check it out!

Amazing collection of beers at this tap house. And new concept where you will be provided with a band for yourself and you have to use that to get beverages you like. Along with beer there are Mocktails, wines & whiskey. It has an amazing wibe. Ambiance is simply great. And staff is very friendly and helping. Great place to host a small party. It has indoor and outdoor seating as well.
Very good location for Cary and Morrisville residents.

This is a fun place to hang out and chill. There are huge varieties of drinks like cocktails, wine, beers etc. Wines were out on the day we went, but I had cocktails, and they tasted yum. The food menu was small and felt like frozen food. We ordered vegetable nachos, and they were okay. Service and ambiance were good.

Finally had the chance to try Hoppy House and it did not disappoint. There was an overwhelming amount of options here. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. I tried mojito and it was decent. How it works: one obtains a wristband and scans it to get pours. Paying only what is poured. A nice hang-out spot with plenty of seating and games. I do recommend and will give it another try someday in the future.

I’ve been to Hoppy House a few time and each time is different … and not in a good way. This last time left me wondering how long they plan to stay in business. With over 40 tap lines, more than 20 were out of service. The ones that worked seemed flat. It was a Saturday evening after 8pm when we arrived and there was one table with three people playing a game. Four more people came in while we were there. The food isn’t anything to rave over. It tastes like it was picked out of a grocery freezer section and then left in their freezer to get freezer burn. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Beautiful taproom featuring 56 beers from NC micro breweries, whiskey, cocktails, wine and more. Hoppy House charges by the oz you can taste as much had you want. Beautiful taps and glasses. Very fresh and inviting with plenty of parking. Great for small groups, birthdays, or after work drinks.
