Great food and great service. The management is awesome and they made our burritos so fast. I’m typically a little judgemental when it comes to Mexican/American food, especially burritos, but these were absolutely delicious. The chips were fresh and the beans and salsa was great v would definitely recommend stopping by and having a macho burrito, you won’t regret it.

Food was well seasoned and served hot but was definitely lacking in meat. Lots of rice and beans, lots of veggies, very little meat in all of our dishes. The chicken in the taquitos was tough like it had been overcooked and then microwaved.

The food was really good! I had the chicken taquitos and it was pretty tasty! The atmosphere was great, no loud music but yet had the classic Mexican vibes and colors.

I only took of a star from the service because they never came back to check on us but they were also pretty busy too so it was understandable.

They make the best pollo al ajo I’ve ever had. All the food is great, the service is great, it’s all great. Do yourself a favor and check it out for yourself.

This might have been my worst experience with spanish food ever. I ordered arrow con pollo and pollo a la Diabla. The arrow con pollo which is pictured on the left was totally incorrect. I’ve been all across America. Arrow con pollo is suppose to be chicken, cheese, rice. Red sauce is not suppose to be in that dish. They basically made a double portion of Diabla. The cheese they used was american instead of queso and it tasted funny. Never have I had carrots and celery in that dish. The chicken was rubbery. You can’t just make up your own recipes and call it what you want. The cook needs training. They dressed it with a side salad like I was to stupid to know better. They lost alot of business. My friends and I will not be returning.

I decided to give this place a shot since I keep hearing how good it is. Attached is a picture I of what I got. It was the nastiest food ever ! The carne Asada had zero seasoning in it and it was bland. The rice was hard and tasted old. Whatever that sauce is on the enchilada was gross. I took a small bite and spit it out. I will definitely NOT be going back after this experience. It was a waste of money and it went straight in the garbage.

Inconsistant with other times we have eaten there. Macho Burrito was covered with what tasted like enchilada sauce. Steak fajita was fairly good but not much meat. Taco salad was mostly lettuce, very little meat,  little tomato and cheese, no dressing – had to request salsa to put on it.

Used to be great. Definitely not great anymore.
Food is disappointing at best and overpriced for the portion size.
Service just isn’t what it used to be.
Sad that its gone downhill so much over the years. I won’t eat here again; I’ll go down the street to El Chuy instead where they act like they’re happy to have you as a customer.

I live in Shelley and have always loved eating here. The last two times we have been here the food has gone down hill and last time our server was rude and short. I wanted to give the benefit of maybe just a bad day or something so went back. This is what my fajitas looked like last night. I picked out the meat and stuff that wasn’t as burnt. I didn’t have time to send it back. But any seasoned server would know this is not acceptable. I payed my bill and left. Sadly we have very few options in Shelley and I won’t be returning.

This place has amazing food. It’s our favorite place to get Mexican food. Love the chips, salsa, and refried beans at the beginning and the food is always fresh and high quality. The staff are great and always happy to see us. The chef is very detail oriented and cares about every dish he sends out. Definitely a hidden gem in Shelley.
