We have come to this location multiple times as well as the downtown Kalamazoo location and have experienced exceptional service each time. Do yourself a favor and eat here. We got the #1 and #3 combo, they have options of chicken or beef for the hard shell taco combo 🙂 and they definitely exceeded our expectations, the lady at the drive thru was so kind and willing and the food tasted very good. We both very much enjoyed our meals and the service! Very quick too, tastes fresh and hot. And healthy! Perfectly salted chips that go well with the mild sauce (not spicy), we were pleased

I’ll never step foot in this establishment. The general manager decided to lose his mind on a group of high school girls who were eating and enjoying their time after school. He used fear, intimidation, bullying and threatening tactics. He yelled at them, threatened to call the cops for loitering, was rude and snarky. Never once did he just ask them to quiet down. He simply yelled and threatened to call the cops. This is a small establishment and never busy mind you. So the noise probably was a bit louder than normal. Such a shame this manager can treat a group of girls in this way.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! PROOF IN PIC!! Taco Bell will take better care of you. From the inconsiderate service to terrible portioning of cheese. Pay $3 for extra cheese sauce and they throw a disgusting amount of shredded cheese on my nachos with unnoticeable amounts of queso!!! Happens everytime and I make it clear what I want but they can’t deliver, and having read the response by the owner, disappointed that’s the stance you’re taking when I made it very clear when ordering/paying/receiving my order what my expectations were. When order “I want as much queso/liquid cheese you can put on there. Yes I will pay an extra 3$.” Then when receiving the order, while I was still in line I opened the nachos made my dissatisfaction clear with whoever is taking care of the customers (so not the owner but seems the owner doesn’t get notified with problems bc) I was then offered an 2nd up charge of 3$ for the same request of extra liquid cheese and limited to no shredded cheese. Clearly poorly ran and not worth the effort because even with specific instructions and a follow up on the quality isn’t enough for this small chain of taco bobs. Never coming back

Great experience! I visited their drive through around 1pm and ordered 20 tacos for my husbands work crew. The tacos were fresh and reasonable. The service was super fast! It took maybe 5 min??! You have to try the funny taco!

In a world where less service and quality has somehow been accepted this location delivers great looking and tasting food with top shelf customer service.
