Let’s start with the good stuff first.
The food was excellent, fries were fresh, and the Frisco bun toasted. The place was clean enough.
The bad stuff… I told him my name was three times, and he put down my name as Kend. No even close. I saw 4 other people get their orders before me, who ordered behind me. I finally went up to ask where my order was. It wasn’t even on the order screen. The manager apologized, and they started making my food after 15 minutes. The food was fresh and she gave me a couple of apple pies for the screw up.

As of late, I have not had anyone who was nice! They act put out that they are having to help you when I went in one day because my burritos were supposed to be loaded burritos and they were about 2 inches long and I asked for the manager, the girl yelled for the manager 3. Times from the front counter and the manager yelled I’m coming and she got up there and said oh he just rolled those differently. The problem is they didn’t have the amount of stuff in them that they normally have them. All while, 2 guys were in the back on their phones and the two girls up front were giggling on their phones. She said I’ll just remake them and I said don’t even bother. I have got to go and they acted put out that I had even come in . Almost every time I go to the drive-through window the girl that works in the mornings right now barely opens The window and doesn’t say thank you doesn’t smile isn’t nice just very short and passes your card out when she’s done swiping it. It used to be a good place to get a good breakfast or a good sandwich, but I truly just went today out of convenience. That is the only reason I did!

I went this morning and got the breakfast platter, and a cinnamon roll. Food was great, lobby was clean, and service was fantastic. Must be a great manager. Great job team, I will definitely be back.

This facility is alot newer amd cleaner than the West Eldorado location.
The employees could be friendlier but as long as they get the order correct that isn’t an issue.

Couldn’t get an order right if they tried, which they don’t. How they make anything more than 1980s wages is beyond me. The lady in the window was more interested in getting into the guy who was just standing there pants than she was actually getting our order. It was rough competition because two other ladies was on the hunt as well. Needless to say we did not get what we ordered, and after a brief call to customer service, not likely to return.
Edit: we broke down and went back, they actually got worse…. they did not even try to toast the bun, it is not like they could have missed this. There is no way anyone not high or drunk could be this bad unless they are trying. The fries were cold and they gave us a double hamburger instead of the single we ordered.
Guess I have to drive across town to get my Hardee’s fix

This location was extremely rude yesterday in the drive through, unfortunately it was our only feasible option again this morning, and after sitting in the drive through for 10mins, we came in only to wait additional 15 min or so effectively making us late for our travel ball game. The staff today 5/11/25 was friendly that was here this morning (2 people) were working effectively and as a team. This review is in no way against the 2 employee today, they were doing the best they could with the limited help they had
