The workers are always just sitting on their phones, they aren’t cleaning, they aren’t helping each other. I ordered two of the new wraps and a coffee. My coffee is good I will give them that. But I only ordered the coffee because I wanted the new wraps, they come with bacon, egg, cheese, hash browns, and the most delicious sauce. Welp my cheese was burnt and they forgot the sauce. Might not seem like a big deal but I work down the street and they can NEVER get it together!

This is one of the worst dunks around if you don’t include the one in Ashburnham which is also awful and run by the same people Ordered two items through the app. When I get to the drive thru to pick it up I was informed they don’t carry that item anymore. Why not take it off the menu then ? She wouldn’t give me a refund and had a shitty attitude about it. Can’t request a refund on the app because that function has said down for maintenance when I try multiple times for this order. This location is a joke anyways, never gets your order right or ready when you get there. Would have switched to a different location already but it’s the only one I go by in the morning .

Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, never had an order that wasn’t messed up. I had a coffee that tasted like what I ordered. The only convenience of this location is that it’s the only one around besides that I would not recommend.

Like the people who work there they’re awesome are smiling all the time! People do have bad days at times, but who doesn’t? They’re always usually busy so they’re always running around. You can tell they’re always trying to get to everybody and make everybody happy if something is not right they will fix it for you with no problem.

Super friendly staff and very efficient took my order right away and had it done within a few mins not prioritizing drive thru and online orders over me who was there in person. Very pleased with the experience compared to other surrounding dunks including the ones near where we live in NH. Top notch service

I’d give zero stars if I could. Placed an order on the app, get there a couple mins after 8p, drive thru is lit up, no one comes on the speaker, we pull around after a few mins to the window where two people are cleaning up. An older plain clothed man, looked like an owner, bellows through the closed window, “CLOSED!!!”. I point to the sign on the window and say “It says 9” to which he bellows even louder, “WE’RE CLOSED!!” I mean he was hollering, I couldn’t believe it, you can’t open the window and talk to me like an adult? We pull around to the gas station and go in where he continues to be a jerk, he and his employees refuse to refund us, and fight with us about the fact the sign, the app, and Google all say they’re open till 9. The guy was in his 60s in street clothes, looked like an owner, has a terrible temper. There was a car behind us too, you gonna blow up at everyone that shows up? Because it says you close at 9.

This Dunkin is fine. It’s the last one before Rt 2 and a good place to get gas as well. There isn’t a public bathroom or a seating area. The staff seems friendly. They have a quick POS system like every dunkin. I ordered ahead.

This used to be a good store, but lately it’s been horrible. On a few trips, I waited more than 10 minutes for two iced coffees as well as other customers all stacked up at the pickup counter. None of the employees seem to care about the people waiting either. When people ask about their orders, the employees get annoyed and are rude. If you get a wrap or sandwich, it’s lately just been thrown together and tossed in the bag like they are rushing and don’t care. Very disappointing and frustrating.
