do NOT come here unless you want bugs in your food! I wanted a nice sub after a long day of work so I do as one would, I order a sub from jimmy john’s.. NEVER AGAIN!! there was BUGS inside my sub! I called 5 times and they FINALLY answered and then proceeded to say there’s nothing they can do even after I sent proof.

My girlfriend & I are from Canada and were in the area for a music festival. We decided to stop in and we are so glad we did. The manager and his staff made the environment so friendly and welcoming. He took genuine interest in our experience and took the time to talk with us. We need more good people like that in the world. Great food, even better service. Thank you !

Terrible experience after waiting over an hour for food with no update to let us know and no answer when we called to check on our food. After all of the wait then things were missing and completely wrong! Only 2 workers and 1 was a “manager”. She was rude and hung up on us multiple times, the first time she hung up was when were trying to explain which items were missing and wrong. After that we simple drove our food back and asked for a refund. Lost our business today and forever as well as all of the time and resources that were wasted in the lack of customer service. I’m not saying the customer is always right but the “manager” was not sympathetic to us and did not own up to her mistakes and terrible customer service. The delivery driver handled the situation much better, apologized and offered to prioritize our delivery in the future.

This particular location in Ludington has consistently been disappointing. I don’t understand why the doors would be locked with an hour and a half remaining before closing time. When I an employee came to the door i was informed – in a very rude manner—that they were drive-thru only. Despite only one car being in line, I still had to wait 10 minutes just to pick up a mobile order. With three employees visible behind the counter, it’s hard to believe this location will be able to manage the upcoming busy summer season if this is how operations are run. It’s incredibly frustrating to be met with rude customer service and operations time and time again.
