Hi so I ordered this like 30 minutes ago with DoorDash and this is what I received from tropical smoothie they need to take action and train there employees how to make sandwiches in the right way and they need to learn how to prepare sandwiches in the right way and clean way with no hair inside the sandwiches, this all and I will never order anything from tropical smoothie ever again,

These people are crazy. they really tried to not use my coupon when I didn’t have a “receipt” even though I showed her the code on my phone. She tells me that no I can’t use it because it’s not in the system. Then I have my mom go in there and they tell her that it can’t be used because you have to use it at the location that you got it from, which is a lie because the coupon is for any tropical smoothie. Then my mother goes back in there and the end up using it. Whole time she girl didn’t know how to use the coupon. They started talking shit in Spanish the whole time I was in there. Then my wrap came out tasting funny. I will never order from them again.

Everytime I visit when the 2 males are working it’s like they don’t add my extra ingredients. My smoothie are always off and sour. For a smoothie to be $8 it’s ridiculous. The women always make them the best.

Ordered the chicken chorizo ‘dilla and a detox island in the app. The quesadilla was ok, I like flavor so the sauce was necessary. Smoothie was excellent. The location was clean, staff was attentive, food was on time and a good experience as usual.

It’s worth my first try for a smoothie!
Though I missed to be in the first 20 free customers for a year, which is ultimately a real bonus offer! I personally like the place for their smiling faces, addressing the customers by their names, hygiene and especially the open kitchen or preparation style!
I got a Mango Magic 400 Calories and Peanut Butter cup 710 Calories approximately for later!
Here is my thoughts!
– Hope if you have one of this 10 plus one free card, that can add traffic!
– Tie up with some Gym/fitness/beauty or health center in the neighborhood with added discounts!
– Flyers as usual, through which I came to try as well

I placed an order (specifying no cheese) and they added cheese anyway. I called the store because I did not want to give a poor rating on UberEats. I addressed my concern to the woman that answered the phone and she said “sorry to hear that”. She made no attempt to remedy the issue or give a genuine apology (as I know accidents can happen). She was very impolite. My rating is based on poor customer service; additionally, I had to throw away the bowl due to my dietary restrictions.

I ordered a smoothie at 2:05 PM on 7/31/25. However, the storm delayed me, and I did not arrive until 3:20. My smoothie was sitting in the cubby at room temperature. I told the lady it should’ve been in the stainless steel fridge or freezer. That’s where I have always seen the staff get it from. She said they always keep them out at room temperature. That’s not true because I’ve ordered many smoothies from there. Clearly, that’s not true. I don’t know her name, but she said she’s been with the company for 4 years. Instead of remaking it, she threw a bunch of ice in it with some fruit and reblended it, but it was tasteless. So I had to get a refund. Knowing you can’t leave a smoothie at room temperature is not rocket science. That doesn’t make any sense. Now, I won’t order from there anymore with employees like her.

One of my favorite lunch spots, clean restaurant, friendly staff and great food. For $10 you can get a flatbread sandwich, side, and a smoothie. The food is healthy and filling. They also have an app where you can earn rewards for each visit.
