The drink was great but the employees were terrible. I watched a girl berate and yell at the girl she was training then immediately turned to take my order as if nothing happened. I felt guilty just by standing there while it was happening so I have no idea how the trainer was not embarrassed by her behavior. No wonder they’re always hiring- I wouldn’t want to work there either.

That literally makes no sense, it’s an inconvenience, above all.

Can I get my tip back? Every employee working had rude looks on their faces, one of our drinks overflowing and spilling on the counter and sandwiches literally thrown on the counter. My husband was kind enough to clean the spill from his drink off the counter. No response when we said thank you or have a nice day. Regret leaving a tip. Never coming back.

I went through the drive through at the Spring Arbor Biggby and the cashier must have been new because I handed her my points card which was a free drink but she took my debit card also and she swiped both of them not knowing what she was doing so it took longer to get my order finished. She was confused.
