Enjoyed the Valentine’s Day fixed menu. The food was good, as was the service overall.

Food: The food did not disappoint. My duck à l’orange was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The creme brulee was flavored well but really could have used a crunchier caramel top. Unfortunately, the pacing for each course was so fast that we felt rushed to get through everything when we wanted to take our time to enjoy the dining experience. Salad and charcuterie board came out together and only a few minutes after getting our bread. Entree’s came out shortly after finishing our salads, and the desserts came out halfway through the entrees. Each course had large portions, which was nice, but we really needed more time to eat before the next thing was brought out.

The service: overall good, but for this price point I was expecting more attention to detail. Finished plates sat at the edge of the table for a good about on time piling up before being cleared even though more plates were being brought out. We were brought dessert but no dessert spoons and waited a good five minutes trying to get someone’s attention to ask for silverware while our food sat there. We also had to box our own food, which again, isn’t the end of the world but for the price we paid, I did expect better.

Atmosphere: The overall atmosphere was enjoyable. I did like the seating arrangements and enjoyed the cozy lighting alongside the decor.

We had a great experience at Cora’s last night! The staff were very friendly and our server, Jazz, was great! The food was phenomenal! The bacon Brussels sprouts were my favorite but everything exceeded expectations. We had ribeyes, shrimp Orleans, collard/crab/artichoke dip, and crispy truffle potato’s too! This was not our first time to Cora’s and we will continue to come back!

Cora’s Bar in Biloxi has potential… like “could totally be great one day”. Unfortunately, our bartender seemed to be on a suspense-building mission — it took 23 minutes to get two drinks, and there were only two other people at the bar. I’ve had Amazon packages arrive faster. She was also a deer in headlights when asked to make a basic signature cocktail from the menu.

The vibe felt less “welcome in” and more “did you mean to come here?” and the manager wasn’t exactly auditioning for Hospitality of the Year.

Risotto was very undercooked, steak was overcooked. The flavors were OK but nothing to write home about. Waitstaff was great, ambiance is cool (music bad). Would not come back.

We sincerely enjoyed our dinner at Cora’s before a concert at the coliseum! The staff we encountered were delightful. We recommend getting the blackberry margaritas while you wait for your entree. The wait was well worth it because our food was absolutely delicious. We cleared our plates and we will be back when we visit the coast!

My mother and I had dinner at Cora’s Wednesday evening and loved it! Our waiter was very attentive. The atmosphere is elegant but laid back. I had the MOST delicious bone marrow appetizer, and was pleased to meet the Chef and discuss food as a “rustic” cook myself! He was very polite, giving me his time and opinions despite the fact he was clearly not working by that time. He even asked my opinion regarding choices for their upcoming menu! 10/10 would and already have recommended this establishment to my friends and family, and I am planning on returning myself!

The restaurant is gorgeous very inviting, but we went to Thanksgiving brunch the food not up to the atmosphere. I definitely did not plan on eating turkeys, brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, but those were the only ones I ate. I wanted prime rib, but the meat was so tough that I couldn’t cut it. The desserts were store bought kind flavors. How disappointed I was.

A very lovely bar with some very friendly bartenders. The food was excellent, except the pita chips with the crab and Brie dip. Ask for bread. Cheeseburgers were not on the dinner menu, but the kitchen made us a couple any way. The fries were wonderful. I enjoyed the chocolate Bread Pudding. A little expensive for my pocketbook, so this is a once in a great while treat for us, but it is worth it
