We attended the Mob Wives night at 11 West and had so much fun! The food was great, the drinks were phenomenal, and the atmosphere was a vibe. The owner was personable and accommodating and the bartenders skillful and fun. I can’t wait to go back!

My goodness! This place is delicious. Not to mention Kate the bartender there always hooks it up with a great food or drink recommendation. All the staff there are there are great and I highly recommend going here except Monday’s when they aren’t open.

We came here the week that they opened and it was really amazing then. Tonight was very disappointing. There was one server working half of the dining room by herself and three hosts standing up front on their phones and chit chatting. She dropped our plates off and didn’t check on us again for thirty minutes. Her section was busy, so I understand why we were neglected. She was running the food by herself and bringing out drinks from the bar and bussing tables alone.
The food itself is my real issue. I am not one to complain in general, and I’m certainly not going to send food back to the kitchen. Although tonight, I was tempted to. I ordered the dinner special, the Beef over fettuccini. The presentation was awful, it looked like someone poured a can of gravy train dog food over a plate of mushy over cooked noodles. The cheese sauce had no flavor. Like at all. I left feeling nauseous. In the description on the menu, this is allegedly “sirloin steak tips with onions and mushrooms.” That is a LIE. I raked my fork through the entire dish, there wasn’t a shred of meat in there. I paid $30 for a plate of bland overcooked fettuccini and gravy. That’s absurd. Also, we ordered the calamari as a starter. It was over cooked and chewy and the breading had that weird aftertaste like the fryer grease hasn’t been changed in awhile. As someone who has worked in food service for a long time, this entire experience was disappointing and we will not be back again. I really had high hopes for this place when it opened.
PS: We weren’t the only ones that had issues. The table behind us was making comments quietly about their food tasting bad and the table next to us had to send a CHEESEburger back because they forgot to put CHEESE on it. It’s in the name

Travel with Wendy
This new restaurant is a delight with trained, attentive staff. The interior is intentionally decorated with nostalgia of the north country. On our summer night we enjoyed patio seating overlooking the valley.
With an assortment of fine wines and fun cocktails it is easy to find something for everyone. The menu is extensive and the only challenge you will have is deciding what to try first. We enjoyed a traditional chopped salad with blue cheese, an order of wings, the southwest chicken salad, a steak flatbread and I enjoyed spicy steak tips and truffle mushroom Mac and cheese. Yum!

An unexpected AMAZING experience!! We drove by, talked about it, We did a Google Search, and turned back around!! Cute decor, beautiful patio with an amazing view, and a bar area. We sat at the bar…Heidi was helpful, kind, and SPOT ON!! ❤️ We were visiting from WI and DEFINITELY will return!! Their brushetta was SCRUMPTIOUS and included capers!! ALL of our food was awesome!! Thank you for an amazing 1st time experience!! ❤️

Disappointing – What Happened??? My son and I dined last night. A number of items not available including salmon, sweet potato fries and onion rings. The burger appeared as loose ground beef on a grill rather than a patty. Served warm it was cold by the time I was mid way through. My son had steak tips which were under-seasoned and bland. The server reduced the bill – thank you. The servers tried hard and shared the restaurant lost a number of key people recently. We dined here in May and the food was excellent and service was exceptional. Such a disappointing experience. We will not return.

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE 11 West. Hands down our favorite restaurant in the North Country. The food, service, ambiance are 5+ stars. Kate the bartender, is awesome. Always greats you with a friendly smile and knows what we like to drink. We adore her. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu but my fave is the buffalo chicken wings. So good!

The burgers were absolutely fantastic some of the best I’ve ever had!
Perfectly cooked (medium) and the caramelized onions added great flavor.
Unfortunately, the other dishes were very disappointing the eggplant and pasta were inedible, and the steak skewer was tough and flavorless.
Service was slow and uncoordinated we waited over an hour and twenty minutes for the food, and our waitress kept avoiding us.
The atmosphere wasn’t pleasant either very noisy, several TVs on different channels (muted), and the place wasn’t clean, which really hurt the overall experience.
It’s a shame, because the burgers are truly excellent, but the service, cleanliness, and atmosphere need serious improvement.
So I’m giving 2 stars for the restaurant experience, but if you order takeout and focus only on the burgers, they absolutely deserve 5 stars!
