We just ordered a bacon double cheeseburgers and this is how much bacon you get. It’s a shame because it’s the only fast food restaurant in this area and they still don’t care about the quality of their food.

I got the big angus burger and there was so much grease, it was dripping on the floor from the wrapper. The bread is soggy from the grease. Never seen anything like it in my life. Looks like they threw the entire thing into a bucket of grease and put it in the bag.

I go there every morning to get my kids breakfast and for the 4th time this week my drink is half full. You would figure the general manager would know better than send out a half full drink. When I order a six dollar meal I expect to get a full drink. They blame it.on being under staffed, I say it’s just negligence on their part. Pay attention, do.your job. I know from experience how fast food is, so I’m not saying anything in a negative way about it, just pay attention and give the customer what they pay for.

i don’t like to do this, but i’m seriously disappointed with the service i got today. i ordered an omelette biscuit, a drink, and a hash round. i waited for almost 10 minutes for my food until they came out and said “oh we don’t have eggs and our grill is off.” then i said “that’s okay… can i just get a refund?” and they promptly said “no. our manager isn’t here today.” and told me to choose a different option, i chose the chicken biscuit and they handed it to me without my original hash round and i had to wait even longer for the hash round to cook. the chicken on the biscuit was hard as a rock and the biscuit was inedible. this place can do better because i have experienced so much better service with daryl. get daryl back behind the counter because andrew isn’t cut out for this.

Food was decent. I got the burger she got the chicken sandwich. I liked the burger more than she liked the chicken.

Finally I get to do a good rating on thus place! The woman who was working the drive thur was very nice and polite and got all my food in the bag before she handed it out and that alone give this rating 4 stars. And the food was correct and she had a smile on her face you don’t see that often there. Good job this moring guys!!!

After 3 minutes standing at the register while 3 employees made eye contact I left without ordering. A simple “be right with you” works great & I’ll patiently wait. No line inside or drive thru so they weren’t busy…just rude. Perhaps this is an off day.
