If you’re craving truly authentic desi BBQ, MEERUT BBQ HOUSE food truck at Moose Colony on Hwy 6 in Sugar Land is an absolute gem! I tried their chicken tikka, and it was absolutely delicious juicy, tender, and packed with flavor.
But the real showstopper was their chicken boti roll. It was extremely delicious the paratha was unbelievably flaky, the chicken boti was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice, and the chutney tied everything together beautifully. The flavors were spot on, and every bite felt like a treat.
Portion-wise, they seriously overdeliver. The roll was so huge I genuinely thought they had given me two parathas that thing was ginormous! And even with the quality and quantity, their prices are very, very reasonable.
If you’re in Sugar Land and in the mood for flavorful BBQ and massive portions, MEERUT BBQ HOUSE is a must-try. Highly recommended

Solid spot for some halal Pakistani bbq in the moosa colony. There is a good variety of options and the prices are reasonable. Tried the chicken garlic mayo roll, the beef bihari kebab and the chicken tikka. All items were pretty good but the roll was the favorite. Great spot overall.

10/10 would recommend Meerut BBQ Food Truck to anyone! The food is EXCELLENT. I tried the beef boti, chicken leg tikka, Bihari kebab paratha, and naan – all were phenomenal. The Bihari kebab and chicken tikka were standouts, giving Bhundu Khan a run for its money. The fact that they use real charcoal adds an authentic touch. Yes, you’ll wait 20-30 minutes for fresh food, but trust me, it’s worth it. Iwould advise them to have waiting buzzers restaurants use. The attention to detail, from the glass softdrinks bottles to the condiments, shows they care about the experience. Don’t be disappointed – visit Meerut BBQ and taste the difference for yourself! And just to be clear, I’m not related to them and this isn’t a paid review – I just really loved the food!

Drove 40 mons to try this place and we were very happy that we did. Wait time was 20-25 mins after our order but it arrived sooner.. everything tasted really good. The puri paratha is straight out of Karachi.. seekh kabab and bihari kabab were also very yummy and had the authentic karachi bbq taste. Portion size of the wings was very good. Overall really goof first experience and will definitely visit again!
