Lynn & Bob’s is an absolute treasure in Swainsboro; in fact, I would drive an hour to eat here. The food on the buffet is fresh and hot, even near the end of their serving hours. I really enjoyed the fried chicken, chicken & dumplings, mac & cheese, and apple cobbler. The southern sweet tea is perfect, the service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is pure Americana. I’ll definitely be back.

great small town southern food and my first time trying fatback. chicken and dumplings were great. the only thing i didn’t care for was the desserts but that’s the only complaint i have!

The BEST fried chicken I’ve ever had!! It’s worth fightin for! Everything I had was seasoned perfectly. No extra salt, pepper or sauce needed. Wonderful food and wonderful people. If you haven’t tried Lynn & Bob’s, you are truly missing out. Their full parking lot every day speaks for itself. I will be back again and again!!

As U.S. Veteran I found it to be some what rude for a properly folded U.S. Flag that may have been an Honorable Burial Flag to be stuffed in basket of sorts on top of an buffet cabinet. In my opinion this was a poor choice of display of our Nation’s Flag anyway . . .other than the food and service was good.

Buffet style on Sunday morning. So many choices. I filled my plate with many delicious foods. Fried chicken, ham, dressing, giblet gravy, dumplings & chicken, green bean casserole, macaroni and cheese, yams, turnip greens, cornbread, a piece of fatback, strawberry cake and sweetened Tea! All deliciously seasoned. Many more options like corn, butterbeans, black-eyed peas, rice and gravy and banana pudding, chocolate delight, and maybe more. You will not leave hungry. Miserable maybe…but not hungry. Forgot to mention how nice everyone was!!! Great service. Never even got low on tea.
